Non pensavo esistesse una camera di hotel messa così male nel 2025! Appena entrata ho avuto la sensazione di non poter respirare. Un aria chiusa e un ambiente vecchio e sporco con la moquette piena di macchie e polvere sui lampadari mai pulita.

Diciamo subito che c'è da salvare la cortesia del personale, sia al ricevimento che durante la colazione. La stanza è vecchia e decadente, la moquette ormai fa anche fatica a rimanere attaccata al pavimento, è macchiata e vecchia. Il bagno piccolo e buio, con per il soffione della doccia nuovo. La colazione veramente triste, con uno strano odore in giro per la sala. Non ho avuto il coraggio di provare il ristorante. Si vede che l'hotel ha vissuto ben altri periodi in passato, lo si capisce dalla porcellana della colazione personalizzata, ma ormai di quel passato è rimasto ben poco. Assolutamente da evitare.

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta, ma nel complesso ben tenuta e pulita. L'affaccio sul castello è molto gradevole. La posizione risulta favorevole, il personale cortese e disponibile. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante, ma la colazione è stata ottima.

A volte un sorriso vale più di 4 stelle. Così ci accoglie al nostro arrivo una giovane e simpatica receptionist orientale. Cortesia, simpatia e tranquillità, un ottimo connubio alle porte del caos di Bologna. Certo la struttura è una residenzaa d'epoca e datata, ma le camere si sono rivelate confortevoli. Siamo stati in famiglia e abbiamo preso 2 camere. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Ringraziamo la struttura ed il personale gentile ed efficiente.

Promemoria al me stesso del futuro . NON TORNARCI MAI PIU'. Zero su tutta la linea. Hotel e Ristorante. Nessuna cura della struttura, moquette di almeno 20 anni mai sistemata, pareti così sottili da sentire lo scorrere dell'acqua dei vicini, pulizia scarsa. ristorante da scordare, solo un valido ma imbarazzato ( mi spiace sinceramente per lui ) cameriere costretto a portare piatti non accettabili neanche in altre regioni del mondo, ma soprattutto qui in EMILIA ROMAGNA la capitale mondiale della cucina. Menzione speciale al parcheggio interno : un piacevole mix di deposito ferri vecchi monnezza rottami / deposito bevande / stenditoio panni. Welcome Wilkommen Benvenuti. spiace ma è tutto vero- Alè

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind verschlissen, es gibt teilweise Risse und Löcher in der Polsterung der Stühle und Sofas, die Tapete klafft teilweise leicht von der Wand, die Stühle und Tische sind teilweise stark angestoßen. Die Zimmer sind dunkel und "muffig", jede Lampe scheint eine Glühbirne in unterschiedlichem Weiss zu haben, der Teppich ist teilweise wellig und man sieht Ränder von größeren Flecken. Das Bad scheint relativ sauber geputzt zu sein, aber aus einem alten Ackergaul kann man eben auch kein Rennpferd mehr machen. Der Service an der Rezeption war durchgängig sehr freundlich. Der Service beim Frühstück war unterirdisch schlecht wie ich ihn bisher noch nicht erlebt habe. Die "Dame" war wirklich völlig lustlos und regelrecht unfreundlich. So wurde zum Beispiel die von mir freundlich gestellte Frage, ob man bitte einen Kaffee bekommen könnte, nur dadurch beantwortet, dass sie sich umdreht und weggeht, um dann irgendwann - erneut wort- und lustlos unsanft einen Kaffee auf den Tisch zu "stellen". Natürlich kam sie nicht an den Tisch, so habe ich mich dann zu ihr bemüht, um Sie nach einem zweiten Kaffee zu bitten. Da wurde es dann auch nicht besser, eher schlimmer. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist selbst für ein kleines Hotel sehr übersichtlich, es schmeckt alles nach TK-Ware, auch die verfügbare Menge schien mir sehr gering. Unter dem Strich ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht definitiv keine Empfehlung wert, weder vom Zustand der Einrichtung, noch vom sehr schlechten Service und der sehr einfachen Qualität beim Frühstück!

Bagno sporco e maleodorante. La carta va richiesta perché le donne della pulizia non la lasciano. Stessa cosa per il sapone. Giardino inguardabile, cuscini del giardino con fodera strappata, erba e ragnatele ovunque. Ristorante a giorni buono alternato da giorni insufficienti. Non consiglio

Il mio punteggio "scarso" si riferisce allo staff della reception. L'albergo è accogliente e pulito, ma l'amministrazione è deludente! Prima del nostro arrivo non trovavano la mia prenotazione, poi ho chiesto (via email) di pagare il soggiorno tramite bonifico. Inviato il dettaglio del bonifico via email 2 giorni prima di lasciare l'hotel, al momento della partenza, la receptionist ci ha chiesto in malo modo di pagare il conto che risultava aperto sia per la camera, che per un pasto che avevamo pagato in contanti subito a fine cena. La stessa receptionist ha prima messo in dubbio il fatto che avessi avuto il "permesso" di pagare tramite bonifico, e poi ha insinuato il mancato pagamento del pasto in contanti. MAI ACCADUTA una cosa simile!!!
