The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was a very nice hotel. It was very conveniently located just a stone's throw from the bus station.

The location is very good. The bus train station is across the street. There are many things to do nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and most of the attractions are located nearby. The staff are all friendly and genuinely try to help.

Except for the location, it's not a very attractive hotel. The lobby is really small, and the hotel itself feels too small.

Not feel value for money
150 euro for very old and dirty carpet, old furniture, seems strange. Towels and sheets were clean.Bathroom seem like renovate, but all another as for this price is not relevant. Hotel has one advantage- location

Right across from the bus station and a block from the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants all around. A couple of blocks from Botin arts center and waterfront. Great location.

Good functional hotel in walking distance of port, station, bus station, shops, sights, bars, restaurants. Staff were very friendly and professional.
Rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained.
It had all the facilities I would expect at a reasonable price
