We booked this hotel when the accommodation we had initially booked unexpectedly fell through last minute while on a cycling holiday through the Netherlands. The staff went out of their way to help us out and it was truly exceptional value for money. Lovely sparkling clean rooms, a swimming pool, a fantastic breakfast buffet and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended!

We managed to book a room couple of days last minute and were not disappointed! Great room with plenty amenities, lovely catered breakfast, swimming pool and stocked bar. In walking distance of the village center, ensured calm surroundings. Attentive staff!

We spent two nights in this hotel. On a tourist stay, we slept well, ate well (at the restaurant) for a reasonable price. Our room was a bit small but provided the basics. Although we have a standard 'comfort' room, there was no fridge! I think a fridge should be a given in a hotel room of this standard. We also greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff at reception, in the restaurant or at breakfast. Free parking, possibility to keep our bikes safe for free, possibility to rent bikes at 10 euros a day, all this was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel is ideal... 200 meters from the seaside resort but just as quiet! The sea is a few hundred meters away.

We had a beautiful room in the new building: stylishly furnished and very clean. The location is perfect on the edge of Renesse city centre, a few minutes walk to the city center and just a little longer to the beach. At the same time, it is very quiet, especially in the new building, so that you don't have the feeling of being so close to the city. The breakfast buffet is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Dirty room, dust everywhere, splashed walls in bathroom from previous guests, 30 cm of weeds on terrace. 3 cables run over the wall (room 11) and make hissing sound (cables from swimming pool installation?) You imagine yourself in a storage room instead of in the hotel room. Tip: hide these cables in a soundproof cable duct. Poor hygiene for an overnight stay at €200/night. Report of a clogged sink drain (water that hardly drains, gross!), unfortunately nothing was done about it. Ditto about the dust and poor cleaning in bathroom and room. The first night the bottom sheet on the mattress was forgotten. Received a bottom sheet after notification. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was only possible with a daily menu, so no lobster or shellfish, no dinner à la carte due to the unexpected (?) absence of the cook. Limited free parking spaces. About 20 free places for 50 rooms so is not "free" at all for most of the guests. Paid parking on the street for a few hours or public parking 300 m from the hotel (16€/day) is possible. The hotel's location is good, but there is clearly work to be done in the field of follow-up and hygiene, and motivated staff. Or is the Badhotel staff tired of the guests after a busy summer?

Wir haben ein perfektes kleines Hideaway "zwischen den Jahren" gefunden! Sehr gemütlich, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und mit schönem Frühstück. Die Umgebung mit Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften sowie der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nebensaison ist das Parken kostenlos. Die meisten Zimmer haben Balkon oder Terrasse und der Schwimmbereich ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Verblijf badhotel 12-14 november Reeds meer dan 20 jaar zijn we regelmatig te gast geweest in Badhotel Renesse. Nu zal het wel de laatste keer geweest zijn. De comfort kamer die we kregen is helemaal niet meer ok. Het stof prijkt overal , de matras van het bed is versleten, de kussens zijn ooit kussens geweest, de sfeerlamp is stuk en badkamer is totaal verouderd. Blijkbaar gaat alle aandacht naar het nieuwe gedeelte en worden gewone gasten in het oude gedeelte gestopt. Wil dit hotel zich nu richten tot de ‘betere’ klasse ? Het early birth menu was vroeger het gewone driegangenmenu, nu krijg je een heel beperkt keuzemenu dat helemaal niet meer kan vergeleken worden met het gewone menu. De zaakvoerder vindt het blijkbaar niet nodig om al maar gewoon een goedendag te zeggen. Hij loopt de hele dag rond met zijn telefoon gewoon langs de gasten door. Een beetje vriendelijkheid kost nochtans niets. Jammer maar na meer dan 20 jaar zullen we toch een andere locatie moeten zoeken als we naar Zeeland gaan.
