Home of mountains

We had a wonderful time at Home of Mountains. The rooms, and the hotel itself, were beautifully decorated and very clean. Every day there was a varied breakfast and a lovingly prepared afternoon tea. Coffee lovers will also be happy here; there are several special coffees to try. The staff and the owner were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were given tips for the surrounding attractions, so that even though the scenic area was closed one day due to bad weather, we were able to explore the area. There is a pool on the hotel grounds that you can use at any time—perfect for cooling off after a day in the mountains. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the scenic area, and even from the grounds you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We can absolutely recommend the hotel; if we come to the area again, it would definitely be our first choice. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Good location on the main road about 2 minutes drive from the entrance to the Danxia Mountain scenic area, so easy to get to and parking is free. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms  and public areas although parts are unevenly maintained. Reception staff kindly upgraded to the 5th floor room (no lift but help with luggage was offered) with views of the mountain and forest, 3 balconies, bath tub and smart toilet. Breakfast was well done with excellent coffee and complimentary afternoon tea was a really nice touch. The service was excellent; really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very comfortable as my home . All staffs and boss are very find .

Our stay at the Home of Mountains Hotel near Danxiashan was truly amazing and memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and service of the owner and staff. We were invited to join them in picking plants from the garden, which were later used to make delicious homemade dumplings. We also got to taste other homemade delicacies, adding to the homely atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main gate of Danxiashan Geopark. We highly recommend this hotel as it is undoubtedly the best in the entire area.
