A bit over rated. Rooms were ok - but need updating. Our room had an unpleasant, musty smell. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. We had to carry our bags up two flights since elevator didn't service our room. We do not plan on returning or recommending.

This was an overnight stop for us, and not disappointed. The rooms are functional and well equipped. Seperate toilet and bathroom a plus. If you are staying longer, book a lake view, stunning vista. Now the restaurant. I had one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten here. The food was exemplary. Well done chef! There was a wedding on so they were a little busy, but it didn’t matter as soon as I taste the first mouthful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice lobby and restaurant but the rooms aren’t great and the wifi is terrible. The toilet constantly had a bad smell. Trying to get any work done was near impossible due to the horrendous wifi. I even tried to work in the lobby but that didn’t work either.

Le repas était correcte et le service bienveillant; sur ce point, je n'ai rien à reprocher. En revanche, ne pas avoir d'eau chaude le matin pour se doucher est inacceptable. Je me déplace souvent et n'ai été confronté qu'une seule fois dans ma vie à ce genre de problème, c'était dans un pays en guerre. Je n'y remettrai pas les pieds.

Alors même que nous passions un bon moment au restaurant malgré un service quelconque notre nuit a l’hôtel fut un cauchemar. Notre chambre donnant sur la terrasse, des individus très bruyants s’y trouvaient et lorsque je téléphone à 23h30 à la réception l’on le répond que rien n’est possible avant 2h. Si vous voulez donc bien manger et mal dormir, vous serez à la bonne adresse.

Youpy !!! La carte de printemps est arrivée….mais pas tous les ingrédients. Plus d asperges . On se rabat sur autre chose mais on etait la pour les asperges. On a été servis 1:30 après la prise de commande. C est long , trop long .après avoir signalé notre mécontentement on a eu droit à un gros bol d olives et du pain . Le service est très moyen du début à la fin. Serveuse avec son chewing gum ( incroyable )et un masticage non stop ( elle maniait ça à sa perfection) Les prix dignes de Cannes Un restaurant frontalier qui ne parle pas allemand. La totale C était bien mieux avant, ça fait un peu ronchon mais j assume car on a fait de belles fêtes dans cet endroit. NEVER AGAIN

Nous avons mangé là le midi, le cadre est très beau mais nous sommes arrivés à 12h et repartons à 13h40 Service déplorable, nous commandons de l'eau et on nous sert du crémant..notre tournée apéritif est arrivée une deuxième fois alors que nous avions déjà nos boissons. Le pain manquant...le vin arrive en fin de repas.Le dessert servi sans cuillere ...pourtant la terrasse n'était pas bondée de monde...malheureusement prestation pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on essaie de vendre. Toutes les autres tables étaient du même avis que nous d'ailleurs.
