What a super hotel this is. I couldn't fault anything. Very homely, friendly feel with attentive staff. Dinner was amazing, all home cooked fresh food. Breakfast plentiful. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Location in the centre of this small pretty town. Thanks for making my trip so enjoyable.

We stayed for one night at the end of a hotel to hotel walking holiday, (which was great by the way). There was some question as to whether the bus would run to Carcassonne on a bank holiday. Ann Marie the receptionist was the greatest! She was extremely helpful and really cared about our predicament. Big thank you. We ate dinner in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it, and no faults at all with our room.

The hotel may not be brand new, but it's clean. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of comfort. Parking on the street is easy and convenient. Although there isn't much to do around the area since it's a small village, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. We didn't try the breakfast because it wasn't included in the rate

excellent hotel lovely architecture on the building.my family now live in quillan.we managed to get a room last minute.All staff very helpful lady on front desk has excellent people skills.nothing to much trouble.rooms very clean and comfortable.beautiful place to stay couldnt have asked for more.thanks hotel cartier for a womderful stay.

Excellente adresse, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel que ce soit pour la chambre, très propre, très bien équipée et au calme, que pour le restaurant : plats raffinés et copieux, service efficace et convivial. Nous avons passé ici une nuit avec un dîner, au milieu d’un périple dans la région: accueil agréable, nuit réparatrice, bon petit déjeuner et très bon dîner; le menu nous a bien plu avec des plats très goûteux aussi bien pour un adulte qu’un adolescent.

Si vous avez une Wonderbox, passez votre chemin. Celle ci vaut 49.90 euros à l'achat. Le patron, au téléphone, mal aimable, nous accorde de mauvaise grâce 33.12 euros à déduire sur notre addition. Nous aurions été perdants, et, vu l'accueil au bout du fil, sans doute aussi mal reçus. La différence ( 16.78 euros ) va dans la poche du propriétaire du restaurant, quelle arnaque !
