Very good service and very friendly.

Great gym, sauna, stream room. Very clean room & excellent facilities. Fantastic water purification drinking water. In room coffee maker. Fab cafe downstairs. Fast internet. Wonderful staff. Good prices & no rip off resort fee (that other reno hotels charge extra)

The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly. I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.

The environment was terrible, extremely dirty and chaotic. I booked a hotel for one night, but left without even staying. When I contacted customer service to cancel, the hotel refused. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in the last 10 years, and I hope others won't stay here either. Also, this city is the worst I've ever been to in America, so please don't come here. It's full of homeless people, gamblers, and alcoholics.

A very good hotel, convenient for eating and staying, the city is beautiful, and there are Vietnamese, Thai, and Mexican restaurants within minutes, as well as [other options]. The breakfast is also of high quality.
