Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue).  Would stay again, though.  I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon.

The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com

Hotel rooms’s sheets and down comforts are dirty, by the time I went to sleep around 12am I found a dot like blood on the blanket and comfort, try to call housekeeping they just sent me anther sheet and 2 blankets,I need to change by myself. I never come back.

Hotel was under construction when. Pool was packed but it’s a nice environment. Staff was friendly. Also they had a nice arcade for kids. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

Very close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle bus every half an hour. The room is very clean and the service is very good. Free drinking water is provided. You can call the front desk to ask for more water and the hotel staff will deliver it to the room. There are many breakfast options and a 24-hour restaurant. There are also more advanced restaurants that require reservations in advance. The food is delicious!
