An excellent hotel with great staff members who were very friendly throughout. The swimming pool and the facilities for children are amazing. A brilliant stay and highly recommended!

Fantastic stay!!
Daily activities for kids.
All inclusive food and drinks.
Great facilities.
Superior hospitality the moment we arrived..

Gerrard is a good hoster. A long with his team (Ming, Vicky and Ritta.) Especially Ritta, her cocktail is very nice. She is very kind and sweet[Smirk][Smirk][Smirk]

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic!
The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful)
The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake!
The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too!
The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice!
I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning!
My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

Facilities: Nice, relatively new, with plenty of indoor activities. It's sun-free in the summer, and the infinity pool and pool with a slide are fantastic!
Cleanliness: Overall good. I'm a bit picky about cleanliness, so I found it acceptable.
Environment: The scenery is beautiful, especially in Building 1, but it was too hot in the summer, so I didn't get to enjoy any outdoor activities!
Service: Excellent, especially our housekeeper, Lily. She was incredibly attentive. She contacted us a day in advance to discuss travel arrangements. She even made the sofa bed for our eight-year-old child. She met us immediately upon arrival at the hotel, checked us in, and sent us to our room. She also thoughtfully sent us reminders of activity times. They even offered a turndown service, which was excellent for a star-rated hotel!

It's about an hour's drive from Chengdu. Club Med will not let you down. The kids developed swimming skills here. The parents found the feeling of their youth. The child stayed here for his birthday. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff Nina contacted us in advance the day before check-in and gave us a birthday cake (which tasted great). The child loved the water park and played in the water every day for three days. Looking forward to staying here next time
