Ótimo local para relaxar e aproveitar a serra em meio a natureza! Ambiente agradável, limpo, serviço impecável. Brunch perfeito! O chalé que ficamos era muito aconchegante que ficar nele num dia de chuva foi agradável. Lareira no meio do chalé o q proporciona um aquecimento perfeito. Varanda com vista para a natureza, montanhas. Quero destacar os excelentes serviços prestados pelo funcionário Luis e Pâmela. Muito simpáticos e prestativos. Voltaria diversas vezes e indico para amigos!

Pousada com vista fantástica, quarto hiper confortável, ofurô, lareira, chuveiro tudo funciona bem e ainda um café da manhã sensacional. Adoramos!!! Tivemos ainda a visita de alguns macacos curiosos na mata ao lado. Para quem quiser comer no hotel o almoço e o jantar valem a pena.

Pousa de charme, com muito conforto, inserida em uma linda paisagem. Nota-se o cuidado na manutenção dos Chalés, paisagismo, áreas de convivência, restaurante. A equipe se desdobra para agradar aos hóspedes, citamos, como exemplo, o Luís. Ficamos no Chalé Varanda Alta, muito confortável, linda vista, limpeza impecável, quarto com hidromassagem, lareira. O deck externo tem ofurô, espregiçadeiras, sauna e vista indevassável. O restante oferece um número restrito de opções, mas com pratos bem preparados, boa opção para não sair a noite e aproveitar mais o local . Café da manhã servido à mesa, farto. Tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Os colaboradores excepcionalmente bem treinados, como Luis, Giovanni e 2 moças q esqueci o nome. Os gerentes muito competentes e solícitos. E, principalmente, as 2 chefs. Não sei o nome , mas, tem uma deliciosa, criativa e bela apresentação dos seus pratos. Totalmente adequados a realidade do lugar e distintos. Nada igual, nada tão delicioso como seus menus. Voltarei em breve. Sigam assim e melhorem cada vez mais. Obrigado.

Atendimento, acomodação, um brunch espetacular e Uma cama super confortável O serviço de quarto é impecável, cada vez que saíamos o quarto era arrumado e capsulas de café renovadas, lareira maravilhosa deixando o ambiente super aconchegante. Como ponto de melhoria sugiro mais variedade no cardápio do hotel para o jantar. Amamos e voltaremos com certeza.
