"The room itself is very nice! All the facilities and amenity are provided, very convenient. Close to the beach able to walk directly! Beachfront is black sand, so niceee. There is the renovation going on, but that thing doesn’t bother me. The thing is when they do the renovation and they need to keep the stuff away from the room,  I don’t know how they keep the pillows, all four pillows had a musty smell, and we had to call housekeeping to replace them during the night. This has to be improved. "

"Booked a Superior room which is the cheapest type. The hotel lobby was nice and service is friendly. Room was quite basic for the price range but clean. It didn't have nice view and the aircon system was noisy. Location wise, not much around but the Seminyak area is close by car. Lovely pool and resto area for this price range. There are other nicer room types which have a pool view and even direct access. I recommend booking room categories other than the cheapest type. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment."

"Our stay at The Anvaya was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is stunning with beautifully maintained grounds and elegant rooms. The beachfront location is perfect for both relaxation and easy access to the water. Staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a seamless and memorable experience. Highly recommended and definitely deserving of 5 stars."

"I took my child and their friend to Bali and we booked the Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort and Spa based on three key things: 1. The room type 2. The location 3. The price. 1. Room type I had been looking around for a room type that allowed us to all be in the same room but separated to a degree, for a bit of privacy for the two thirteen year olds away from the adult, without having to resort to the usual bunk bed options that are presemted in Bali. The Condong suite meets these needs, the two bed areas a good distance apart, and there are also two separate bathrooms and showers. The room itself is a bit dated and could do with USB charging points as an example, but it is clean and spacious and if you want a 5 star, go and pay for one. This met our needs. There are two tv's with a host of channels and smart capabilities allowing you to login to Youtube, Netflix etc. Just remember to log out of the apps when you leave! 2. The Location It is in Jimbaran and literally across a small road on the beach. You have plenty of options for eating in the area and it is small walk to the main Jimbaran markets and eateries, or a nice 20 min walk on the beach down to the Le Meridien / Movenpick beach side, where there are more restaurants and activity. There is a small mini mart just acround the corner, about a 4 min walk, and it is a safe walk with enough pedestrian access most of the way except for the ditch on the left around the corner. Be careful if you are walking there at night, use a torch if needed. The area is safe and has a mix of tourists and local families down on the beach which makes for a pleasant afternoon, sunset or evening down at any of the beach clubs or restaurants. Download the 'MyBluebird' app for cheaper and gps driven taxis, don't try hail any. You can opt for fixed price knowing exactly how much it is to get from A to B. As an example it cost us IDR86,000 one day to get from the hotel to Ulawatu temple, but IDR126,000 on the way back. Traffic can be bad around the area but you get there. Worth looking at the hotel's transport as well. A bit more pricier but you get more decent cars than the Bluebirds, which are usually older sedans or hatchbacks. 3. The price Always keep an eye out for deals. Trip.com was the cheapest by far for the same dates, same rates, same inclusions. The price was competitive compared to other hotels in the area and was fair for the amenities, location of the hotel. All in all, a great hotel for us, with impeccable service at all times, from room service to laundry to transport. The facilities are good, it is clean and the food options are good. With a small investment in room charging like USB's, this would be helpful for families instead of having to lug chargers and adapters everywhere."

"My fav hotel. All my colour : 💜 purple. Staff kind, 2 went out of their way for me which I appreciate a lot. Lovely pool and amazing spa area! Had a 1 hr massage with a lovely lady, greatly needed. Tirama karsih"

"I stayed at the Truntum 9 years ago, and it’s definitely not the same. The breakfast was terrible—save your money and go to a café down the road. The room had mosquitoes on arrival, big gaps at the front door, stained sheets and curtains, cobwebs, sand, and overall wasn’t clean. Bathroom lighting was dull. Aircon, TV, and Wi-Fi were good. I wouldn’t pay more than 600K per night in the future, but I paid double that. Staff were friendly, but check-in is very late. Security treated my Asian partner like a ********** late at night, which was unacceptable. It’s definitely an Aussie-popular hotel in a good location, but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We didn't get our room until 5 PM on the first day. It was incredibly noisy due to renovation work right outside our door – a construction site with jackhammers starting early every morning. On the second day, we were eventually upgraded to a villa. The sea view suite offered very poor value for money; we might as well have opted for a garden view room. Another 'sea view suite' we saw had no sea view at all, with people playing golf right outside the living room. The service wasn't as good as the St. Regis we later stayed at. The only highlight was the Japanese restaurant, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The entire resort felt too crowded, more like an influencer hotspot than a relaxing getaway."

"Excellent place to stay- you’re a very short walk away from everything in Kuta, and yet you’re completely insulated from the noise of the streets.  My only complaints are that the walls are thin between rooms (we could hear the people in the next room using the toilet and ****** ***) and the management should make one of the swimming pools for adults only. If you want to relax by the pool, it would be nice to not have to listen to screaming children."
