Room ok ,food very ok(mousaka,sweets),pool ok.shows every night ok,the employers ok,all the services ok.i spent 7 magnific days here with another three families. I recomand this place and i come back with love .good bye for now pearl beach.

The staff was very well organized! Every day they changed your towels. I can say that the food was very good and varied daily! Surprise parties were organized in almost every one. Unfortunately the beach is rocky. those who want a sandy beach can go to Maratyi beach. I was delighted with this hotel, as it is located on that wonderful cliff and in the evening you can walk to the port for a walk. Congratulations to the team!!!

We had a family room which was perfect. The staff from the restaurant,especially Iro was the best. The garden is amazing. Beautiful flowers. The hotel is on the beach.Every night a show. Swiming pool not very big but enough. We had a great holiday.

We loved Crete and Rethymno. The Aegean Pearl is a lovely hotel. We had a comfortable room with balcony. Limited view over garden/pool but could have upgraded this on booking. Excellent breakfast choices and a pleasant dining room with conservatory and terrace. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment of tai chi on the beach and the Greek language and dancing lessons in the evening. Location was a 2 mile walk along the seafront to Rethymno which is normally ideal for us to walk in twice a day but in this case it was too hot to do so much. The taxi fare was only €6 and there was also a bus service. There were also good restaurants and shops close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its facilities and location.

From the management to the dining room staff , to the cleaning staff, everyone is as helpful as possible. This was our 3rd visit and we certainly hope to visit in 2024. The hotel is clean , the food good and the whole ambiance is very welcoming. It’s pleasant to sit around the pool or watch the sunset from the terrace.

The whole hotel was immaculate. The staff were very professional, informative and courteous. We stayed b&b only and the variety of the selection was excellent, offering a very European flavour. The weather was good with the temperatures in the region my partner and I prefer not blisteringly hot! It's windy here. The old town is really accessible by foot or a quick journey in the very cheap taxis if you feel lazy. Overall I couldn't fault the stay, so I couldn't work out why there were negative reviews. We are well travelled so have done insight into what's good it bad😜. We stayed in room 816

We had a sea view room which was very clean, although the bathroom was quite old and could do with being renovated.even . Breakfast was very good and so much choice, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was ok although we preferred the beach even if it was rocky. The only issue we had was when the cleaner decided to clean the room before 7am which was very annoying. Hotel is a two mile walk to the old harbour/town which was fine for us and if you don’t fancy the walk or can’t walk that distance you can get a taxi from across the road for 7 euros. All round we had. Great holiday 😎

Amazing hotel. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Food selection for breakfast is fantastic. Can not fault anything. With a special thank you to Ioanna from the beach who runs around for everyone. This lady had a beautiful soul. Already booked for next year
