A truly gorgeous place to stay. Peaceful and calm and a wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries. Phaedra Suites is as elegant and welcoming as the host, Agapi, who was so very lovely. We stayed in ground floor room with small terrace overlooking the plunge pool. It was perfect. Super comfy bed and everything we needed. Would recommend without hesitation. Quality linens and a very enjoyable stay - will definitely look forward to a return visit. Close to bars and restaurants but amazingly quiet and no traffic noise. Perfect.

Beautiful designed room - great quality and really clean. The pool area is very cozy and quiet - a beautiful place to relax. Perfect location close to everything - the old town and the lovely beach - but still very quiet. Agapi was very welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. A special place we highly recommend to everybody.

This is the perfect spot! Our host Agapi could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We traveled with our two teens and they loved it too. There is a beautiful patio out back with a pool which is a perfect spot to enjoy shade and refreshments in the heat of the afternoon. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Super nice appartment (no. 4) with very nice courtyard and a very nice host. Location in the center of the old town but very quiet - we had the appartment with the balcony facing the pool. Lots of nice breakfast options nearby.

Een fantastisch verblijf! Wat een elegante suites. Mooi, super schoon, top ligging! De gastvrijheid is echt een 10! Wij adviseren een ieder om hier een keer naar toe te gaan. Proef de beleving van deze suites. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Accueil plus que chaleureux, hôte très disponible. Appartement type loft spacieux, climatisé, plein de charme avec un balcon vu sur la piscine. Propreté irréprochable. Très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Pas de petit déjeuné mais café et thé à disposition. Accueil soigné avec de nombreuses petites attentions. Eau filtrée et possibilité de remplir nos bouteilles d’eau directement au robinet situé près de la piscine ce qui est plutôt rare en Crete ! Nous y avons séjourné pour 2 nuits, je recommande vivement.

J'avais réservé 3 nuits, et à l'arrivée, ai été prié de quitter l'hôtel (sans remboursement, ni aucune aide) sous le prétexte qu'ils n'acceptent pas les enfants de moins de 13 ans (à la résa j'avais indiqué que ma fille a 7 ans). Maison malhonnête à l'image de la piscine sur la photo qui parait beaucoup plus grande qu'en réalité.

Das ganze Haus ist penibel gepflegt und sehr stilvoll gestaltet, die Sauberkeit hat besonders hohen Standard. Die Betten sind hochwertig + sehr bequem, die Suiten + der Außenbereich werden jeden Tag achtsam und umfangreich gereinigt. Die Lage ist top, 300m vom Mittelpunkt der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt. Wir haben den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz genutzt, da er in 2 Fußminuten erreichbar ist. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist ca 900m entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich + bemüht. Handtuchwechsel plant sie regulär nach 4 Tagen, wir haben frische nach 3 Tagen nachgefragt, der Rhythmus war uns zu lang. Tipp: Wir fliegen häufig in Urlaub (mehrmals pro Jahr in gut ausgewählte Unterkünfte in Italien, Spanien, Griechenland, Portugal etc..) und buchen meistens über verschiedene Portale. Die Phaedra Suites sind auf der eigenen Webseite deutlich günstiger buchbar und der Abwicklungsprozess ist unkompliziert.
