Well-located hotel with private parking, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, a small pool to cool down after a hot day, and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is well located, clean and nice staff. Small pool , comfortable spacious rooms, equipped with kitchem.Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy. Near the beach. Staff offers good service, nice breakfast. Near to attractions.

Great location in the city centre and near to the beach; professional and welcoming staff on Reception. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design and is very nicely furnished. We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design.

We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out..

Hotel et chambre SALE !!!! La chambre n'est pas nettoyée et des asticots sont présents dans les coussins J'y suis allée pour 2 nuits. La réception est sympa mais pas contre le service nettoyage est à désirer : - Première chambre : le sol est sale (araignées mortes, moutons...) - Deuxième chambre (car on m'a changé de chambre) : des ASTICOTS sont présents dans la literie (coussin, lit). Les asticots n'avaient pas l'air de dérangé ni la dame de ménage ni la gouvernante.... les serviettes de bains bien que déposées par terre sont réutilisées et pliées comme si elles étaient nouvelles. Aucun geste commercial de leur part. Je n'ai pas profité de leur thé gratuit ni de leur offre à -10%. Bref, hotel que je ne recommande pas mais plutôt à fuir !

"Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet hôtel, mais après deux jours, nous avions tous les deux des problèmes d'infection pulmonaire et avons dû consulter un médecin. Cela est dû au fait que cet hôtel ne nettoie pas les climatiseurs et, en général, a une hygiène très médiocre. Je joins les photos et je vous laisse juger."
