Kvosin Downtown Hotel

We really enjoyed our “bigger” room as a family of 4. Very spacious, modern and has nice lighting. The kitchen island was brilliant as we were able to let the kids make their dinner while we went out to a lovely restaurant nearby. The location is perfect for the charming old downtown area. It’s only 5 minutes to the downtown airport if you are flying out domestic. They have some parking right in front, which isn’t the case for other high end hotels downtown. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again!

Very comfortable hotel, I have stayed twice, not far from the attractions, there are a lot of parking spaces, free from 6 pm to 9 tomorrow, breakfast is good, suitable for Chinese stomach, very new and hygienic, young lady at the front desk warm !! Not bad!

The experience in this hotel for the last 2 days was made remarkable by front desk receptionist, Farooq, whom without hesitation and perfect can-do attitude helped me recover my misplaced cell phone with the Bus Tour Iceland company who just dropped us off. It is people like Farooq that ensure great travel experiences can remain as such. I recommend this hotel because its staff that truly care for their guests.

Hotel Reykjavik Saga

Perfect hotel in the prefect location, the hotel reception were very friendly and very helpful, the rooms were modern with the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. The breakfast had lots of choice and was beautiful, could not find a single fault with this hotel and would recommend you chose this hotel if you are thinking about visiting Reykjavik, which is very unique country with amazing landscapes and the most friendly happy smiley people you will meet.
Radisson Blu 1919 Hotel Reykjavik
4.1/589 Reviews
This hotel is the perfect location for a visit to Reykjavik. The main shopping street and many restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the old wharf where the whale watching ships are located. The staff was great, the coffee house excellent. Make sure to get a superior room; the second time we stayed we were not given that type of room and it was smaller and on the noisier side of the hotel. On the weekends, the bars close at 4:30 am, so there is much partying going on!
