It’s a pretty good hostel, location is central and close to everything. And there’s very nice view outside my window! Happy with my stay.

This is the second time I booked Baron’s Hostel. It has the perfect location near the cathedral and provides all the cooking equipment I need to prepare meals for my day tour. If you are fortunate, you may have the room with a beautiful city view.

I had an incredible experience in Iceland, and staying at this hostel made it even better! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the large pantry/kitchen was a highlight, offering plenty of space to cook and enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, one downside was that my food was thrown away by the staff before I had fully checked out, despite labeling it with my check-out date. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the positives far outweighed this minor issue. I would still highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Iceland!

The location is very good, very close to the cathedral and the commercial street. Xiaozhu supermarket is nearby. You can buy things and cook them at the hostel. Very clean, comfortable in the rain, water pressure is sufficient, and heating is sufficient

The staff are very friendly and the kitchen facilities in the hostel are very complete and even have an air fryer. The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. You can even take photos from the top of the church, so it is very convenient to travel.
