The room can get quite warm on summer days. I’m pretty sure there’s no AC, although to be fair, it’s not something Iceland usually needs. The breakfast was a bit disappointing considering the price. That said, the staff were amazing and the location is excellent. It’s very convenient for exploring downtown Reykjavík, and also great if you’re planning to do whale watching or other tours. Most tour meeting points are within about a 15-minute walk, which was really convenient.

Got upgraded and the location is very convenient, many restaurants and shopping just steps away! The hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent service in making taxi transfers & activity bookings.

Highly recommended, great location, great Service. Although the room was a bit small, but given the room Rate was quite affordable in Reykjavik, This hotel is certainly great Value for money.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent. Rainbow House was right outside the hotel, and Bónus supermarket was less than 200 meters away, making shopping very convenient. Bus stop 6 was also nearby, a 7-minute walk away. Very convenient.

Everything was great except the room was a bit small. The location is on a pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable.
