We spent more than two hrs in finding the passcode and access into the hotel and hotel room. On the checkout day, it said the passcode will be available till 8pm, however after the checkout time (I.e. 11:00) the passcode become unauthorised. We have stored our luggage at the luggage room and it took us 30 mins to get back our luggage.

It was truly wonderful and a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent, with a supermarket just a short walk away. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was very stylish and spacious. Although it was self-check-in, there was a customer service hotline available, and someone was always there to answer and solve any problems. I really loved this accommodation.

Free coffee. Loved the coffee machine in the front. Stayed here for 2 days before heading back to the US. Our room was too hot (but a small fan was provided) as we ended up on the 0 floor & we didnt have the view that we wanted . Bed was comfortable, sheets & towels were clean. Parking is also free. This location is about 25 min walk to Hallgrimskirkja Church & from there its about a 5 min walk to Skólavörðustígur Rainbow Street. Overall our stay was good!

Facilities: Average. The room was spacious but far from the city center. The lighting was poor, very dim. It's a keycode door, and it was hard to open even with the correct code. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: Average. Service: None. It's entirely self-service throughout my stay. You even have to pay extra for fresh towels.

It was a good stay. The host at reception were really nice but it took a while to check in and sort the door codes because the reception/check in was online. The space is tidy, quiet.
