Dear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Great accommodation and location for a family of 6 ! We managed to see Northern light by walking distance to Sun Voyage.

EIR was in a very good location. It is right across from promenade for long walks and biking. It is also near shopping district and Chabad. There was a full kitchen, and plenty of utensils. The apartment was quite spacious as well. It is a new property, so there are a few minor adjustments that need to be made which I shared offline with customer service. They were quite receptive to the comments. We feel that EIR was a well priced gem during high season. Study up on parking in advance. Iceland has a complicated parking system.

It was a great location for us. Easy parking. Close to shops and stores. I wish the kitchen had a frying pan for eggs. Also, a broom would have been handy.
