Great location and staff are so nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and great place to capture all the fireworks during the new year. :) 10/10 would stay again

For those who consider living in this hotel please do check your bank statement. I found they charged me a transaction a week after my check out. I did send an email to ask why but there is no reply. Be careful.

It was all overall good. Friendly front office, clean and spacious room, toilet and shower room was small but it was sufficient for my use. Bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away , US embassy as well (no use , simply mentioned though). Football stadium and sports exhibition hall is 7 minutes away.

The stay was awful. We stayed here for three nights and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned every single day. On one particular night, the bin bag hasn’t been changed as well. Also when we first arrived, the bedsheets had holes everywhere and the whole bedding seemed dusty. Since all the cleaners were off duty, we had to change it ourselves. Even worse, the kettle were full of boiled milk stinks and it was absolutely stomach-turning and it smelled like puke, it still haunts me now. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is too far away from town centre, it takes a long time to walk there if u don’t have a car. Another thing is that the bathroom is tiny as hell, its hard to turn around and it only fits one person. However, overall the stuff were nice and helpful. Moreover, it was convenient to have multiple of free parking spaces near the hotel.

The bathroom in the room seemed a little old! We traveled to Reykjavik by car, but the parking lot is large, so I think anyone with a car would have no problem using it!

I checked in at 2 a.m. at night. I'd mentioned it in an email, but that wasn't necessary because the front desk is open 24 hours. I was checked in very quickly. The room was spacious, but even if it's a four-star, it doesn't feel up to European standards. The room was actually quite good. Large, well-designed, and had a comfortable mattress. I saw someone else's hair on a throw pillow, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was fine. Would I choose this hotel next time? If I had other options I've stayed in in Reykjavik, I'd choose them. But only because the rooms in this hotel actually look older.

The trip to Iceland was quite impromptu, so the good hotels we booked late were all sold out. We only had this most expensive penthouse suite. The room was very big and the sofa was also very big, but they didn't give us an extra bed. We had to communicate for 40 minutes before we could get into the room. The time of this spa is not friendly to tourists. We arrived at 18:00 and it was closed. I forgot what time it opened, but it was a time we couldn't attend because we would leave Leishi at 11:00 the next day. There was no kettle, so we used a coffee machine to boil water. However, the water tank handle was loose and broke when we picked it up. We compensated 11,000 sik. The breakfast environment was extremely dim, and the design was incomprehensible.
