Bad place and terrible customer service person

Soooo nice and lovely hotel for couples to live 🤩🤩🤩I love it 🥰 It even has a kitchen so it’s very convenient to cook. The only thing is that we don’t find the laundry’s.

Nice studio apartment and a really good location

Very good location. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sent the check in details so had to call on arrival. Very quick to respond and sort out though. Good kitchen but utensils were unclean when I arrived. Could do with more attentiveness to these things.

The room had a strong, pungent, sour smell that lingered for a long time after the door opened. Facilities: The facilities were complete, including a microwave, cups, etc. The hotel is very close to Platform 13, which is a plus.

The hotel room was very well-equipped, with a private bathroom, toilet, and even a kitchen! However, the soundproofing wasn't the best, but otherwise it was perfect!

The room was basic, facing the street with poor soundproofing; you could hear cars on the street. The facilities were mostly complete, and there was free parking available, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleanliness was acceptable. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, and a small supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away.

The price was too high when I booked, but the hotel price dropped later. The first room didn't have a microwave, but the second room did. The hotel didn't have any public facilities, but the rooms were relatively large.

I stayed two nights and it was pretty good. It's very close to the city center shopping festival and coastal viewpoints, a great location. There's also free parking available across the street from the hotel, thumbs up! 👍

The hotel's overall environment was okay, but the bathroom drain was terrible. The room itself was rather small, with barely enough room to put anything else. Overall, it was alright.

It was really good. I was assigned an upstairs room. It was clean and provided dishes. The oven, microwave, and induction cooktop all worked well. The parking lot was also spacious, which was convenient.
