A decent hotel. When I booked it, it was over 400 pounds, but closer to the trip, the price was cut in half. I tried everything: changing dates, getting refunds, and price matching, but nothing worked. In the end, they upgraded my room type. The experience was pretty good.

Perfect for a trio! Great if you're traveling with parents or friends and don't want to split into two rooms. The hygiene was good, and it's quite close to the city center. We only stayed for one day.

I had a really wonderful experience in Iceland with the hotel. I stayed in Artisan House for 5 days. They provide juice, milk and cereal everyday, which is very lovely! They had towels, shampoos and body washes provide, and the shampoos and body washes are L’Occitane, which is highly recommended!

Contactless check-in was smooth, and the location was accurate. Even though this apartment hotel has many buildings, it was easy enough to find with a bit of patience. The only downside is the lack of free parking. Street parking is scarce, so you might have to drive around a few times or park a bit further away.

Stay 5D4N 1. Location: Hotel has several blocks of apartment, we were allocated to the one 4 mins walk from the reception, quite central in the downtown, 4 mins walk to Bonus supermarket, and about 10mins walk to the big church and harbourfront 2. Amenities: Room cozy and spacious enough with pantry and all necessary kitchen wares, so we can do our own cooking here, also have washing machine and dryer at basement for share use 3. Service: Staff are nice and helpful 4. Breakfast: Inculded, a basket will be put inside the refrigerator around 4pm everyday and freshly baked bread is provided in the morning at 8am, more than enough quantity and they are delicious

Great location we were in the Artisan building which was a few minutes from bus stop 6. The apartment was very clean. Easy access to the apartment without having to formally check in as the door key is held on your mobile device. We had a junior suite which was perfect for our family of 4. However the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The springs had gone and when 2 people are sharing the bed you end up rolling into the middle. Another 2 pillows for the sofa bed would have been welcomed. Having said that the apartment was clean, the bathroom was of a good size and stocked with L'Occitane toiletries. The shower was perfect. With Iceland being so expensive, the milk, orange juice and cornflakes were perfect for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised when the milk and orange juice was topped up throughout our stay. If the sofa bed was not so worn we would give this apartment 10/10.

The room facilities are very comprehensive; you can make breakfast and simple meals. They provide complimentary milk, juice, and cereal, as well as salt, pepper, and oil. I stayed for about a week, and milk and juice were restocked occasionally, but I couldn't figure out the pattern. Sometimes, even after I finished them, they weren't refilled. The room is on the top floor, and some areas have low ceilings. You need to be careful, especially when showering, as you might hit your head. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the cathedral, bus stop 6, Piggly Wiggly supermarket, and various restaurants. Regarding service, one of the front desk staff, a shorter male with dark hair, provided mediocre service. However, the taller male with light hair was excellent and even offered to help with my luggage.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, clean and tidy rooms, and thoughtful, attentive service. It's also very quiet, with comfortable bedding and relatively new facilities. My stay here exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right by the pedestrian street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The Sun Voyager is also just a 5-minute walk away. We stayed here for a total of three nights during our trip to Iceland, but unfortunately, there was road construction directly in front of the hotel. This made navigating, parking, and carrying luggage quite inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors to Iceland. The hotel really should have found a way to proactively inform guests (e.g., via email) and offer suitable advice, instead of remaining completely silent.

Nice location and close to shopping street

The room facilities are excellent, especially for guests who enjoy cooking. Complimentary milk and juice are provided daily, and the hotel uses L'Occitane toiletries. However, check-in was a bit inconvenient; the front desk and the rooms seem to be in different locations. The hotel sends access codes to your email in advance, and guests can download an app for self check-in.

This hotel was a great find. We had two twin beds pretty close together with a little kitchenette and a small table. Everything was very clean and modern. There was milk and orange juice in the fridge cornflakes in the cupboard oil to do your cooking and everything you needed to make your own dinner if you wanted to go do some grocery shopping, which is very helpful in Reykjavík as it’s expensive to eat out it is very centrally located and they have several properties all in one area. I was very impressed by this hotel, especially for the price we paid. It was excellent value.
