Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's very close to both the city center and whale watching tours. Our stay was fantastic, and the room details were perfect. The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel offers free parking.

Great location with the best view ever. Everything is easy to reach by foot and the restaurant and bar a great for happy hour or a dinner if you don't feel like going out. Rooms are big enough, even the small single room I felt cozy and enough space for storage.

The hotel is right by the old wharf, making it super convenient to get everywhere. Plus, there's a Piggy Mart nearby, which is great for grabbing food. On top of that, it's just a 3-minute walk to the shuttle bus station for all the major tour companies.

The only bad thing about this place is that I was only able to stay here 1 night … I had an amazing experience, the room Was very spacious and beautiful, great location, but most of all the customers service was over the top ,the young lady at the front desk, Yvette was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, made reservations , and gave me great suggestions and recommendations to where to go to eat .. Please consider stay at this place next time you are in Reykjavik, you will not regret it !!!!

The staff were very nice, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good stay, though they don't provide an electric kettle. Everything else was great.

Small and tidy room. Only downside is there was no light above the bed area, only a bedside lamp so the room felt really dim especially in the evening. Service desk, location and everything else was great.
