Arctic Comfort Hotel

The room was clean. The janitor was nice. It was great that we had an oven for cooking. However, the fact that we haven't received any information or an email stating the room number & the door access code was frustrating. No contact information was available. The janitor said that an email should have been sent to me. As a result, my 70 years old Mom had to stay under the rain at 10 degrees Celcius. I felt gaslighted by the manager of this hotel, if there was any.

Hi We just arrived from our holiday . We need our money back for the hotel we stayed . We had only one dim light for the whole room . Non of the lights were working. Also I have taken the photos of dragging wires around our room which was highly dangerous . The curtain couldn’t be drown during the night time and we couldn’t sleep at all since it was summer and full day lights were to our face . The tap in the bathroom was so broken . We had to hold it from one hand while operating from the other hand . We were so uncomfortable during this time . You can see the last photo interior of the room . Please return our money .

There is no public regions because the hotel is under construction. But the room is quite nice.

The hotel is nice and clean with great amenities

We stayed for one night only. It was close to the main attractions. The biggest issue we had was not being able to get in due to our code not working. We called and it got resolved. There were stains on the couch but aside from that just okay

We had trouble getting into the building as our code did not work. That was quickly resolved after a phone call. The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. There was an oven, but no fridge, cooking utensils or sink to clean up dishes.

Everything was self check-in. You didn't see any staff the whole time. Breakfast was just the right amount for a quick breakfast. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch!
