Absolutely terrible — avoid this place! You need a code to get through the doors, but it simply doesn’t work. If there’s nobody around to let you in, you can end up standing outside waiting... The hotel rooms are small and dirty. There are no wardrobes or shelves, so there is hardly anywhere to put your clothes or belongings. The bathroom was also dirty, and the toilet smelled awful. There is no room service. You have to take the rubbish out yourself, which is difficult because the bins next to the elevator are often already full, while the bin downstairs is again inaccessible because of the faulty code system. You are also expected to change the towels yourself, but you can’t because the cupboards at the end of the corridor are usually empty. The shower has no curtain and no shower tray, so water gets everywhere. There is only one hook in the bathroom, and even that was dirty. There are no shelves or proper storage space. Overall, in my opinion, this feels more like workers’ accommodation than a hotel. It is very misleading because we specifically selected a hotel when searching for accommodation, but this is definitely not what we expected. The worst experience ever. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place!!
