The room was very clean and spacious. The shuttle buses can pick-up / drop-off right at this hotel which was really convenient for us! There is a supermarket just about 5mins walk away as well.

Very comfortable, I’m very gratefull by the kindness of the personal ! The location was near to the reikyjavik center. Everything was super celan and warm.

Hotel Lotus was our first hotel after arriving in Iceland. Although small, it was cozy and made us feel right at home. Free parking was available right outside, and the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate a large suitcase. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. Surrounded by residential areas, it was very quiet. The hotel also provided breakfast, and while the selection wasn't extensive, the service was friendly and welcoming. We were delighted to start our Icelandic trip at Hotel Lotus!

The hotel environment is very good, with free drinks and snacks at any time, a rich breakfast buffet, and because there is little light pollution around, you can see the aurora when you go out. The only problem is that the heating is not sufficient.

The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a shared kitchen. It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast because I was catching a flight. I recommend it.

Not a 24-hour front desk. Need to call to open the door. Very little breakfast. Room environment is OK.

Clean and tidy

酒店小，佈局不合理，101房間門正對大堂，非常近，隔音差，出入人員聊天清晰能聽到，總共四面牆，兩面是半身玻璃窗，窗外就是停車場，非常近，伸手就能拉開後備箱那種近。而且窗户打不開，房間不通風！進店離店人關後備箱的聲音巨吵，巨吵。沒有熱水壺，沒有mini吧。不值這個價錢。
