excellent location. slightly a bit dated: bedroom doors needed a bit of effort to close. Could hear wind howling in tiny bedroom window gap. spacious and with a kitchenette. When we checked in there was some condiments, oil, porridge leftover by previous tenants (we did not use) free parking wasnt really free, paid GBP16 for overnight parking

Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located to wander around downtown Reykjavik. The bathroom could use a little facelift but otherwise no complaints. Clear instructions were provided for anything one might need. Definitely appreciated having a washer and dryer. I’d stay there again!

Perfect Spot to Stay in Reykjavik Our third trip to Iceland but our first stay in these apartments. 100 yards from the hotel we usually stay at. Very comfortable and good looking apartment. My wife was amazed at the space. We got soaked on our first day and the tumble drier came to our rescue. Well equiped if you fancy cooking, we didn't on this occasion, and a place to chill if you needed to catch a breath. Need to grab a bite? It's close to restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect spot. Loved our stay. And if you need help messages are answered within minutes.

The location was absolutely perfect. A 24-hour convenience store was right in front, Bus Stop #9 was right next to it, and during the few days I rented a car, I could park for free in a residential area just one block away. Check-in was smooth, and the accommodation had all the necessary amenities. The reason I gave 3 stars is, first, the bedding and sofa smelled strongly of sweat, which made it very difficult to sleep or relax. I think the management needs to replace the bed and pillows. It constantly smelled like being in a yoga class with someone who had been sweating profusely. Another reason is that the shower drain didn’t work properly. When turning the water on full blast, I was constantly worried it might overflow.

The studio apartment was in the shopping district and it was perfect for the two of us. It had a well appointed kitchen with 2 burner stove top, oven, dishwasher, small fridge and dishes/pots/pans. There was an indoor dining area plus it was great to have the enclosed balcony too to eat at and take coffee. Having the washer & dryer made it possible to not overpack. The apartment was very close to restaurants and shops. The area was busy but we did not hear any of the street noise, the apartment was very quiet. I would recommend this accommodation to any couple.

This place had an awful smell of rotten eggs. I got a headache just from being there. The smell of the bathroom water was sickening. The place was filled with stains not very well kept, overpriced. The bathroom had mold everywhere. Absolutely disgusting place to stay.

Apartment is centrally located. Instructions on how to open the door and get to the room were quite efficient and simple. Our room was on the 4th floor and was easily accessible through lift. The room was clean . Had basic utensils with lots of cricket and cutlery. Different types of oils and spices were also present which made our cooking more easy n tasteful. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. Shampoo and conditioner were available. Although We had to buy toothpaste . But it was not an issue as 7/11 departmental store is located right in the front of the apartment. They were very quick in responding to any of our queries through mail. Only problem was that at night while sleeping the room used to become very stuffy because of its positioning. Hence, we had to open our window slightly and this in turn would bring a lot of light into the room because days are longer over here than usual. So one should bring eye mask. The parking suggested by them was cheapest of all and was across the road in the basement. Overall, would highly recommended this apartment for mid size budget.

Exactly as the photos and details promoted. We stayed here as a family of four to visit Iceland and found it really well located in Reykjavik. 5 minutes to the town centre and near bus stops for tourist trips. Fifteen minutes walk from main bus station. Helpful contact, luggage storage, lovely welcome supplies, shop opposite.
