Good location, good parking, good hotel with nice environment and rooms. Service at reception is very busy and lacking help. Toilets are spacious but bathtub in my room cannot be filled up. Hairdryer is provided as well and slippers and free coffee machine in the room.

The location is very good with free parking. Just only no facility, because the pool was closed.

Buffet breakfast is good. A little too dark as lightning is little. There is a cat wander around, lovely.

The hotel is overall not located the City center. And is very far from the City center. And the shower wasn’t working during our stay. But The staff is nice.

Very big and beautiful hotel with free parking, the tap water is drinkable and hot water is spring water! it’s a very comfortable stay in Iceland.

Room clean and tidy, quite a big room for three people. Staff helped fold our clothes which was nice. Good location, near the meeting points of tours, and even one could pick us up in front of the hotel! Brilliant breakfast with various kinds of food. Had an enjoyable stay here!

The hotel location is excellent. And most of the local tour will have a pick up from this hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff are lovely and very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Food is terrific and the lobby is impressive.

Quite a distance by foot from the center… they do provide a one way shuttle to the city Center, pity it’s only 2 trips per day at 1000 and 1700. The courtyard facing rooms really do open to the lobby view, I got a ground floor unit which was quite noisy at times.

Hotel located at a quiet edge of Reykjavik - good for people who like to stay close to city center; no restaurant/shop immediately next to hotel but everything is 10mins walk away
