Atlantica Dreams Resort - All Inclusive

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! The hospitality, food choices, friendliness and helpfulness is outstanding. George the manager is wonderful and so good to us! We feel like family here! TUI TEAM The fitness classes were excellent. Lovely friendly staff. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Francesco and his team are amazing people. Iannis and the catering / hospitality team were absolutely fantastic. They looked after us really well and remembered details about our needs. We feel really sad to go but so happy to have had such a great service. Kouzina Greek restaurant is absolutely excellent too. The spa team are amazing. So lovely and friendly. I’ve been bonding with everyone here. Genuinely lovely caring people. I don’t want to miss anyone out but we have encountered fantastic people. Dan and his entertainment team are super talented and all of the TUI staff are lovely people. Really happy and just don’t want to go back to England! Absolutely amazing hotel, beautiful facilities. Food is absolutely amazing. Just had a massage with Magda which is the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pools are cold but it’s only April. The kids have still been going in. So much choice for all inclusive and the drinks are fantastic

We stayed for one week, arriving on October 19, 2024. We stayed in room 5005 (swim-up). We had been looking at this hotel for a long time, and after staying in many other Atlantica hotels in Rhodes, we got a great deal and were excited to go here. Firstly, it’s likely that we wouldn’t stay again. It wasn’t a bad hotel or experience, but it didn’t quite fulfil expectations. That being said, I had high expectations so maybe that’s why. I would also not stay in October again, at least not late October. We had a swim-up room and it just wasn’t warm enough. We just didn’t get as much use of it as needed. That’s not a problem with the hotel entirely, it’s the October weather. However they only have one heated pool, and it’s the activity pool. They should really consider heating more pools, especially the swim-up pools. The rooms We stayed in swim-up room 5005, a family room. It wasn’t particularly large but it matched the other Atlantica hotels we’ve stayed in. It was decent for size and what we needed. It also had a partition in it for the two single beds at the patio doors. We, as non drinkers, asked the staff to give us a fridge full of pepsi max instead. Luckily we caught them coming to the room and they were great. Always restocked us with enough drinks. I did give them a small tip which also seemed to help. The swim-up terrace offers reasonable privacy. If it wasn’t so cold then the pool area was great and we would have been using this non-stop. There’s lots of reviews about some rooms being in/out of the sun. we were in a room, luckily, that had the sun from around 11am until it went down. I would not appreciate being in a room on the opposite side, that was in the shade from around midday. This would be very disappointing. Food In summary, the main buffet restaurant food was a let-down for this hotel. I was expecting much better, and have had better at Aegean Blu and Imperial. It did the job, but I can’t say a lot more than that. It wasn’t particularly exciting, and some dishes seemed to appear on different theme nights. By the end of the week I was bored of the buffet, but taking a 10 year old and a baby it was the easy option than trying to book another restaurant. Overall I was very disappointed in the buffet food at the hotel. The flip side to this is the waffle bar. Located near the waterpark, you could get waffles and ice creams and drinks here. Also some small donuts. The waffles were amazing, I suspect we ate 100 over the week. I loved this snack bar, despite it getting busy at times. If you go as soon as it opens there’s no queue. Snack bars These were good. If you love gyros as much as we do, you’ll be happy. There’s a snack bar next to the activity pool which we used, great for gyros, salad, chips, etc. the food was what you’d expect from here, decent quality and the wait times were always very short. Magda did a cupping and deep tissue treatment on my body to try and alleviate back and neck issues that i had. Also gave brilliant advice and different exercises to do going forward. The spa staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Magda as she knew her stuff, very good at what she does and ised her twice during our stay.

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon. Room was beautiful, arrived late at night and provided with drinks on arrival and sandwiches in the room. Breakfast was busy but they do give you the high traffic times, much nicer when it is quiet. So much to choose from and chefs are always cooking fresh food. We went to the Greek A la Carte - 5⭐️ food and service, was amazing. Lovely pool area, so many sunbeds and places to go. Never had a problem getting a nice sun lounger. Bondi Beach Bar also fab - Matilde made delicious cocktails. Also used the cabanas, really nice relaxing and had Prosecco and a fruit platter. Made the holiday. Lots of small touches which make the hotel. Managers asking if things are okay, water and drinks replenished in the room. Would definitely return.
