Uber chic hotel, friendly young staff, had a great time... Defo worth the half board option as the food was amazing, great menu every night! Breakfast had everything and hot section changed every day... Push up to the suite if you can as the rooms are very spacious and pool side. Hotel and rooms spotless. Taxis can be pricey and didn't see many buses so hire a car, available in the hotel and the price per day was the equivalent to 1 taxi ride! A big thank you to Aimilio and Stefanos (aka Bruno Fernandes ;)) who were always looking out for us...

My stay was amazing! The best holiday o have been to. The staff are amazing and Christina made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous and the view are so aesthetically appealing. The food I would give a 8/10. The breakfast has various options and is really nice. The restaurants within the hotel were great too, especially the Asian Street Food as that was my fav! Highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.

I recently stayed here on a solo holiday, and from start to finish, it was absolutely amazing. The warmth, care, and professionalism I experienced were beyond anything I expected. A very special thank you to Christina Makri from Guest Relations. She was truly the highlight of my stay. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine kindness and took the time to personally sit with me, walk me through the hotel, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident travelling alone. Christina has a beautiful energy, and her attention to detail, compassion, and hospitality made me feel so seen and cared for. She is a true asset to the hotel and someone I will always remember. Emmanuel was also fantastic — always smiling, informative, and full of good vibes. He brought so much positive energy and made every conversation enjoyable and helpful. A huge shout-out to the amazing bar staff as well: Maria, Georgia, and Lydia. As a solo traveller, I never once felt out of place — they made sure I was always served, gave the best recommendations, and were so friendly and attentive throughout. Their hospitality was top-tier. I can genuinely say this was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. I felt completely at home, and it was the perfect balance of relaxation and warmth. I’ll definitely be back!!! Xxx

We had a great time at Cook’s Club! The cocktails were amazing — creative, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The food was also delicious, with a nice variety of dishes that were both tasty and well-presented. What really made our stay even better was the excellent service. A special thank you to Emmanuel from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed and stylish getaway!

Alright, here's a review that captures that experience: Location, Location, Location... and That's About It This hotel certainly boasts a stunning location. The views were undeniably beautiful, and the setting truly had the potential for a relaxing getaway. Sadly, that's where the positive aspects largely end. Inside, the experience was far less idyllic. The room itself was quite basic, lacking in even simple amenities that one would expect. The breakfast was a low point, featuring food that was disappointingly cold and coffee that frankly tasted dreadful. To add to the discomfort, loud music permeated the grounds until 11 PM, making it difficult to unwind or get an early night's sleep. Perhaps the most significant letdown was the staff. While not overtly rude, there was a palpable sense of disconnection. Interactions felt transactional and impersonal. It was also quite off-putting to hear staff members consistently speaking in their own language amongst themselves in front of guests, creating a sense of exclusion. It's clear that there's a need for better training in guest relations and basic hospitality. Ultimately, while the picturesque surroundings are a definite draw, the numerous shortcomings within the hotel itself make it difficult to recommend. Unless significant improvements are made to the facilities, food quality, and staff training, the beautiful setting simply isn't enough to compensate for a truly mediocre experience. You might find yourself wishing you were enjoying those views from a different establishment.
