We've stayed here at the beginning od July. The room was located at the main building. It was very spacious with a huge balony and good working air condition, but with outdated bathroom. Great swimming pools and aquapark but could be more sunbeds. The food was good. There was also swimming pool bar with some snacks and ice cream. The wine, beer and drinks were ok. The stuff was friendly. There is a car rental office at the hotel. They have good price and are very helpful. The hotel is well located, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 20 minutes from Rodos old town. The bus stop is next to the hotel. The airplanes frequently approaching to the airport weren't disturbing and watching them was a kind of attraction for us. I think the biggest problem for the hotel owner is the sewage area located at the central point of the hotel area. It is well hidden with beatiful greenery but the odour is bad. Fortunately, it smells bad only at the close distance to that. Rodos island is great. We recommend to visit old town Rodos, Lindos town and Filerimos mountain and monastery.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The entire property has been newly renovated, and the results are outstanding. The interiors are modern and tasteful, with great attention to detail. Everything feels fresh, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and sleek, modern bathrooms with high-quality toiletries. Housekeeping was consistent and meticulous, maintaining a very high standard throughout my stay. The food was definitely one of the highlights. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety – fresh bread, local cheeses, fruits, and hot dishes. Lunch and dinner options were also fresh and beautifully presented. While I would have appreciated more local cuisine on the menu, the overall quality and freshness of the food were excellent – and that's what really matters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and high standards at a fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area! --- Let me know if you'd like to tailor this to a specific country, hotel name, or trip type (business, family, etc.).

Currently sat next to the restaurant and pool after enjoying our last meal before we depart home and we are sad to be leaving. The hotel is a typical, comfortable, family friendly hotel with all the basic amenities to cater to them. There are 2 large pools, a smaller pool and a toddler pool, all of which are well maintained and clean, although a little cold for the brits lol. But the cold is a welcome relief after a day of baking in the beautiful sunshine on the comfortable loungers provided. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, the family rooms come with sliding doors to seperate the bedroom and livingroom/second room. The bathrooms have toilet, sink, shower over bath (no plug for a bath) and huge mirrors (great for the mom's and teens who want to do their hair and makeup). The staff are true to the stereotype that brits see in the Greeks. Super kind, super friendly, and always happy to help wherever they can. In particular, the manager of the restaurant, Makis, was really kind to our family throughout, and today went as far as reducing the price for lunch as our all inclusive had ended with us checking out this morning. We are extremely grateful for this especially with the long flight home we are facing. And finally the cats! We've seen about 15 cats around the hotel, and spent our meal times sharing bits off our plates with them. The Greek people seem to have a big love for cats and it shows with how well treated these animals are. We fell in love over and over with these cats. They aren't aggressive, they won't steal food or jump on tables and chairs, they will however give little shouts at people in the hopes of receiving food scraps which we are suckers for. The food is really good! Yes the selection is a little bit limited, but there are plenty of options for vegetarians aswell as those of us who enjoy meat and veg! I'm an extremely picky eater and yet I have had a full tummy every single day. The breakfast is very basic, but can't really complain when it's based on the English breakfasts. All in all I would give this hotel 5/5 and would happily return for another short stay in the future.

As soon as we arrived we had to pay an additional €100 when we walked to our rooms we were met by roaches and ants all over the floor the pillows were stained and so we're the sheets the air conditioning looked like it wasn't cleaned for months the mini fridge wasn't even stocked up with bottled water. What was the phones purpose in that room if it didn't even work? The pools stank of ass clearly don't clean them either mixed with the smell of the food which was only chips and spaghetti that was left out all morning. The dining area had the same food every day which was kept uncovered for 8hrs + all bug infested and my daughter fell sick the the 3rd day in we were there she was throwing up from food poisoning and had to end up going to the local hospital which looked like a bomb exploded there was blood all up the walls in the hospital all over the floor there was 1 doctor in the whole hospital and if you wanted a doctor to come to the hotel it was an additional €200 euro. It wasn't all inclusive I'd say it was half as the front bar you had to pay for drinks which was the most clean thing there and the bar man was the friendliest person there. Most of the staff didn't have a clue what was going on didn't help with enquires and only cleaned rooms when you asked them too. There was no entertainment at night for adults only a kids disco which was on every night and every morning. We have also seen some staff serve alcohol to children and when we did confront them they didn't really care the only fun we had was when we left to go do activities we couldn't wait to leave if I could give 0 stars I would but I cant do not recommend coming here save your money and choose a better hotel. The only food we trusted to eat was from the local shop which was still very overpriced and the lady that worked there was very rude and stole customers money and couldn't wait for them to leave her shop.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. Great conditions, rooms cleaned on a regular basis. The food was very tasty, well seasoned. Cool animations for children and adults. Very nice staff, headed by the manager Kinga. A wonderful man with a great willingness to help. I recommend this hotel for families with children.

I have travelled a lot and stayed in places ranging from 2* to 5* and even the 2* have been much better. I wish I could say one nice thing but the whole experience was dreadful apart from the days we got out of the hotel! . I got very sick which we think was from the pool! They were filthy! We brought our drinks and food mainly from the shop! Rooms were dirty and run down! Our shower never worked and the bath was grimey! The whole week was depressing spent at the hotel. No one there was happy and spent the whole time out of the rooms listening to people complaining! Lady on reception was rude but I imagine she’s fed up of complaints! Please avoid as I’d rather have lost my money and stayed at home, not sure where the reviews are coming from that are good!!!

Discussing hotel! Filthy, unhygienic and not a 4 star!! Food is contaminated with flies. Snack bar food was left outside for 8 hours each day uncovered! 40 odd wild cats roaming the outdoor restaurant at any meal time. No kids buffet, just chips, no kids club, no tennis or outdoor activities. Pools were never cleaned whole 7 days we were there and have green grime around the edge. Photos on site are over 10 years old as they do not Match mine at all. We were all ill with gasterinteritas due to the contaminated food and probably pool! One woman was even sick in the restaurant to which they just mopped it and carried on allowing guests to eat their rank, reheated over and over, left out for hours at a time, bug infested buffet !! Do not go here! Weirdly my last review was removed. Funny that !!

I want to give an honest review as a Brit, and all I can say is. CHANGE YOUR HOTEL BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! I am on day three of my holiday, with my family of three. If the flights wasn’t so expensive we would be going home. We’ve been on a lot of all inclusive holidays, and we’re fully aware of “you get what you pay for” but this place…well I don’t know where to start. In its prime I can only imagine this hotel was thriving! The complex is set out so well, with lots of space and big rooms and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately it’s not thriving anymore, it’s in need of a bloody good clean throughout! Or in my opinion a full renovation. The gardens are over grown and swamped most mornings by sprinklers being left on for too long. Staff; The staff are over worked and grumpy. For example, One bar man on to serve all evening, equaling him being tired, stressed and not want to give good customer service. The animation team are non-existent, truly nowhere to be seen. I’ve only seen them when they bring a laptop and put music on aound the pool and to do the kids mini disco in the evening. They can’t even do either of these things with motivation! No entertainment, stage gets shut after mini disco so all you are left with is a bit of bar music playing. Not even a crappy show or a bit of karaoke. Honestly I’ve never had such a poor animation team. The rooms; Filthy. I have been out and brought a cleaning spray to give the bathroom a wipe round before we used it. Beds are literally on concrete basis, the lights are dull, and the air conditioning STINKS when you put it on. The dining area - situated next to the adult pool, the outside area is filthy. The floor needs a good mop, or a jet wash! The inside isn’t much better… enough to put you off your food! Not enough tables for guest, waited 1.5 hours this evening to get a table to eat dinner, not that it was even worth waiting for. The food; so far the food has been awful, again, I’ve been to a lot of all inclusives and I understand you get what you pay for. But honestly apart from chips, pasta and salad everything else is unidentifiable and looks very unappetising to say the least. The breakfast has been the best meal so far. Nothing for the kids to eat at dinner, not even chicken nuggets! Drinks; drinks are typical all inclusive, nothing wrong with them to be honest. Nice beer, and wine. Lots of other reviews say about one drink per person and small cups. But the cups are large, and I’ve been served more than one per time. No issues with drinks. The pool area; OH MY CHRIST!!!!! I have never, NEVER, been to a pool that is GREEN! Yes, GREEN! I Have attached photos to prove it. Clearly no chemical in this pool. No one comes to tidy up the pool area at the end of the day. Loungers are left all over the place, cigarette ends and fag ash just left to blow around. Most other places I’ve stayed have the pool areas hosed down at the end of each day, or at least tidied and organised ready for the next day!
