Hotel dedicated almost exclusively to families with children and teenagers. It is very clean, the food is good, unfortunately the sea is not the best on the island.

This was our second stay here after 2023. Unfortunately we noticed that the hotel was not up and running smoothly as it used to be when we first visited it.It seems that staff is trying really hard but there is shortage of people especially at the bars and at the main restaurant.Pink wave animators were once again brilliant with kids.One thing that was really bad noticing though is the fact that there were only two lifeguards at the hotel and none at the beach area.Safety is crucial for families with children and one of the reasons we booked again this hotel apart from the kids entertainment was that there was a big team of lifeguards all around the pools and beach area so we were feeling safe especially for our children.Also the two lifeguards working there this year seemed to have no idea on first aid when my kid injured his leg so i had to take a taxi to the local hospital by the time there was not a doctor present at the time of the accident.On our first visit in 2023 my wife got bitten by a jellyfish and the lifeguards were treating her daily till her skin healed completely.Its a shame because it used to be a top hotel for families with kids and this time I was not feeling safe.

This is our third time here, and we have already booked again for next year! The service we receive from everyone is exceptional .The housekeeping staff,waiters,bar staff, hotel management and animation team are very friendly and welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. We stayed in room 2270 which has recently been refurbished a lot of thought has gone into the design. The views are fabulous from the balcony. This is a very large hotel which has perfected the art for catering for families. You do not have to leave the resort as everything is on site - Multiple pools for different ages,different types of entertainment every night,and several restaurants-/eating places with food to suit all tastes. The resident entertainment team works tirelessly throughout the day. We are a retired couple but we love the atmosphere and the vibe of the resort. We heard one or two people complaining that there were children. This is a family resort, which if you want a quiet holiday is not the place to be.

The hotel itself is good but it's the staff.. they're fantastic and made our holiday feel really special. Our room hadn't been renovated so was a little dated, but the food was great - a wide variety at every sitting and the desserts were ace. The facilities are good too, pools, gym, tennis, footie etc and we met some great folk at the pool and from various organised stuff like water polo, table tennis and footie. The kids made holiday mates too, nice kids from all around Europe playing sports together, chatting away in various languages and accents. But really what made the trip so awesome was the entertainment team - they're the best. Funny, energetic and talented, they made us feel lucky to be part of the audience. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Went for two weeks and loved it from the second we got there staff friendly and try to fit your needs but honestly the animation team were the highlight as all were smiley and good with the kids even had a club for the teens ran by Kim and marco and they couldn’t have entertained better after dinner the shows are a must watch excellent performances wow just wow

I spent 3 days. There is a variety of food, 3 very big swimming pool the sea is beautiful. I stayed in a family room with two bathroom two big bad open space and very luminous area. There is a big terrazza in which spent time with friends family and read book. I suggest this experience in Rodi Staff and assistant very friendly and support led all my requests. Very perfect

The entertainment staff were the best, they made the holiday so much fun asking children (and adults) to join in with various daily activities and clubs. They were really inclusive and the shows were also amazing with different themes, choreography's and they were so lovely they want to make us go again!! The evening entertainment in the beach bar was also good with a different theme each night from traditional Greek dancing to a solo singer. Make sure you take something white to wear as they had a 'white party' one night. The hotel itself had everything you wanted to make a family holiday great with choices of pools and restaurants. The shop onsite ensured you could obtain things you might have forgotten although there was a choice of external supermarkets as well. The location was great as there was a bus stop outside but you can also arrange car hire directly at the reception area with Rodos Cars and you can easily travel to Lindos and St Paul's bay. We hired a car for two days and travelled to Rhodes old town on one day. The gym equipment was dated but spa facilities good and they offer you services outside of the main restaurant. The onsite beach had enough loungers, access to washing areas and a watersports centre. We went on the sunset catamaran cruise which was also worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return but maybe in a different room as there were no internal doors to the 2bedroom apartment so it could get noisy from the corridor. A lovely holiday enjoyed by the whole family!
