This is only my 2nd day in the hotel… I am currently staying for a week with my family (parents and sister). Very disappointed by this 4 stars hotel. There is no wifi in the room. We have to stay in the lobby to get wifi - this is where I am currently writing this review. Even in the lobby, the wifi is quite poor. We thought we could buy internet in the room as per the 1 week contract we signed with the agency / tour operator but when we checked in and asked for it, they said we could not purchase… Besides, the A/C in the room is not working well. The first evening it was so hot in our room. Regarding the catering services, it’s very disappointing. The ice cream is disgusting, not even sure if you can call this ice cream. The watermelon is not great. We are going tomorrow for a day trip organized by the staff… so we asked whether we could get some stuff to eat for lunch (sandwiches, drinks, fruits, etc). We got this before at previous locations… but the director just said no. I mean it is absolutely a disgrace. Is it so hard to prepare some small snacks for the guests who won’t be enjoying the lunch buffet? I mean I don’t care much about paying 15 euros for a lunch but if tomorrow we go for the day trip, in some isolated areas, it will be hard to find places to eat, right? Anyway, I’m not happy at all! And it’s the end of my 2nd day only (Tuesday). I will stay until Sunday… I will still enjoy the holidays with my family as we planned outside 1 day trip but this hotel and staff, very bad! When we checked in, the room was dirty, we found hair in the floor and bathroom. We had to clean ourselves with what we could a bit. One of the towels was dirty as well. Go somewhere else!!! This is not at all what I expect from a 4 stars hotel. This hotel is more of a 3 stars hotel. I paid 4 000 euros all inclusive (1000 euros per person), very disappointed, I won’t come back Ps. I wanted to upload some pictures but the wifi is so weak that I can’t En français : Je suis actuellement en séjour 1 semaine avec ma famille dans ce hôtel via Marmara. C’est mon 2ème jour (mardi). Nous partirons dimanche. Tres tres déçu… ce n’est pas du tout ce que j’espère d’un 4 étoiles. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, nous devons rester dans le lobby / la réception pour capter internet, incroyable non ? Je suis dans un 4 étoiles ou un hôtel 1 étoile ? Même un hôtel 1 étoile fournirait un service wifi à l’étage avec une connexion pas incroyable mais le fournirait probablement. Demain, nous partirons en excursion toute la journée. J’ai demandé si le restaurant fournirait des panier repas (ce que nous avions eu à d’autres endroits via ce type de séjour à la semaine avec Lookea). Le directeur du restaurant m’a répondu non. Est ce si dur pour un restaurant de fournir quelques paniers repas aux invités qui seront en excursion ? Et ne pourrons pas profiter du buffet ? Incroyable non Finalement, les chambres étaient sales. La clim fonctionne mal. Une des serviettes étaie
