N E P Center Hotel Rodos

We found ourselves at this hotel because we booked a package through the "Zorpidis" tourist agency from Thessaloniki. When we went up to the room and actually saw it, the first impression was very bad... (Speaking of which, the second and third...) Suffocatingly small... Second nightstand did not fit on the side of the bed. ... since the bed was almost stuck to the wall... The bathroom door wouldn't close.... Bad. . everywhere on the walls there were smears of paint... The view was "fantastic"... you went out to the balcony and you could see the street across the street... (I'm including photos for the sake of the truth) and finally the commotion from the cafe next door until two in the evening it was extremely annoying.... Of course, when we saw all this, we contacted the agency and also the reception (we had to go down to the counter to make an appointment because there was no call center). If we exclude a girl who is at the reception etc. hours the rest of the employees are extremely rude.... after pressure and after staying in this room for three days the change was finally made to another etc. Not that it was much better, but it was a little bigger and you could at least bathe without having to spend hours under the shower since there was no water pressure... I overlook the fact that there was no hot water!!!!! In short, our stay at this hotel 🏨 was crowned with great "success". It was a week that I will never forget!!!!
