Amaryllis Front Beach Hotel

We stayed here for 7 nights late Aug 2024- Sept 2024 for a week. Very relaxed and quiet for my daughter and I. Felt like we had our own pool! Perfectly located on the beach. Restaurant is good, food is lovely - especially the gyros which my daughter had every day. Micas was welcoming and lovely with plenty of suggestions of places to visit. Gave us lots of useful information of the area. The other staff at the restaurant, Helen, Georgia and Mary were lovely too. Hotel is a little basic in terms of amenities in the room but it’s a perfect base and spot so not a problem. Air con was a god send. Arrived at 3:30am and there was a note with our keys hung up, so late arrival wasn’t an issue. Would return back to Amaryllis. Ps. If you get chance go to Mythos restaurants in Lindos - wait for the roof top as it gets busy. Totally worth the wait for the views and food. Jump on the bus for 2€ either way.

My family stayed for 11 nights in begining of july in this beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay and loved every day of our holiday! All area was well kept, clean and full of flowers. The room was cleaned every day and was very nice. The cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. The apartments are on the beach, close to many shops and coffees and restaruants, bus stop. You can also rent a car/book transport with help of the manager Manolis. The restaurant down of the apartmants on the beach was very nice with good food and nice drinks. The stuff, Maria and Minas,the lady cooking in the kitchen were all very friendly and kind. We had breakfast in this restaurant, we enjoyed the food, it was simple but very tasty and always fresh. They also provide sunbeds on the beach, which is clean and very beautiful. The pool was clean, with many sunbeds, very calm and nice place to stay. We want to say big thank you to manager Manolis, who was always there for us ready to help with smile on his face. We want to say thank you to all stuff that keeps this place so beautiful. This place is one of the best places we stayed in for holidays, if not the best! We felt home and welcome all time. We will for sure come back soon!

The hotel is a great location on the beach and a 2minute walk to the bars and restaurants, as you’d expect from the Greeks everyone is really friendly and can’t do enough for you great air con Wi-Fi could be better. Special thanks to Manolis you made our trip memorable but my wife was crying when w had to go home

I wish to thank you all so much for making our holiday SO special. Manolis helped us in every way he could, and it was an absolute pleasure to speak with him every day. Great off the road apartments, with good food and clean beach facility's, local crazy golf tourist shops and supermarket, good car hire, we have stayed 4 times, staff are great ,warm and friendly, apartments are clean and well equipped.

On holiday with my two daughters - both in their twenties - selected this hotel because it had a pool and beach location. We arrived on 11 July after midnight and were dropped off on the main road and told to walk past Pino and the hotel would be there. There was no-one in reception but a list of names and room number was placed for guests to see - the room key was in the door lock. WE made our way to the studio apartment 106. We had a studio which consisted of a bedroom - two single beds - with air con [an absolute necessity in July as temperatures reached 45 degrees ! - phew !] and a small kitchenette with a bed, table, fridge, two ring hob and kettle. We didn't cook so it was fine for us. We enjoyed time by the pool and met some lovely people - a fab family from near Birmingham , 3 ladies from Swansea - all very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing, swimming and mixing with our new friends. We ate at the restaurant the food was nice - great chips, salad and pizza. We met Manolis and he was very friendly and let me borrow books from the stash in reception. We ate out each evening - we chose Pinos a couple of times - really great views of the main area, Mare Matto which had the best pizza, chips and Greek salad, and we walked to Lardos to Roulas three times - food and staff fabulous - worth the walk there and taxi fare back [taxi varied from 6 - 9 Euros]. We went to Lindos a couple of times - it was a lovely walking around the gift shops we ate at a street food restaurant and had halloumi and salad wraps with chips - delish and only 4 Euros each. The beach at Lothikaria was lovely, a bit pebbly but not a problem at all and the sea was clean. Had a great holiday and would love to return. WE were unable to leave the room on 22 July due to the forest fires - this was a natural disaster and due to extreme heatwave. The TUI transfer transport did not turn up at 23:40pm to take us to the Airport - which was scary - but we made our own way there helped by the local bus drivers and police escorts - we made our flight at 03:55am with minutes to spare !!! Everyone was so friendly / helpful in difficult circumstances. Thank you.

Despite a problem with a lock that spoilt the first evening...... This was soon put right and a complimentary Breakfast was offered the next day as I'd been unable to enter my apartment on the first evening. Now for the positives....... The whole complex is immaculate and your room is checked and cleaned daily. The staff are very obliging and friendly and are eager to please. Each Studio has everything You need for your stay There is a small pool and a restaurant on site which is great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

We stayed at a few hotels in Rhodes and this was the best one. We wanted to stay only 1 night but then ended up staying 3 because it’s so relaxing here and the staff here is so friendly and helpful!!! Big thank you to Manolis who was brilliant and he’s the best manager they can have here. We wouldn’t stay more than 1 night if it wasn’t for him!! Minas made the best cocktails for us and recommended so many beautiful places to visit. He deserves to be a cocktail master here because he honestly makes the best cocktails ever!!! Everyone here is so friendly and nice, I wish we could stay longer! Thank you all! ❤️

Just back from a Lovely week at the Amaryllis Apartments. Pretty gardens and a short walk down the path to the beach with ample loungers available. The path also passes the pool and site restaurant which was very good. All staff including reception, restaurant and cleaners were very nice and helpful. Books available at reception to swap and borrow - Thank you all we had a lovely time. See you again soon. Stayed in apt 207 - great balcony view.
