We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. Hotel is a fairly basic 3* (my assessment) but very clean with helpful staff. We were in a room up 2 steep flights of steps with heavy suitcases and no lifts. The breakfast was basic but generous. It was very cheap so no complaints. It’s directly in the flight path of planes arriving and taking off at Rhodes airport. It’s a small family run hotel but would make a good base to explore the island if you hired a car. Got brilliant pizza from pool bar at lunchtime for €7 Bargain

Beautiful secluded, quiet and relaxed location with easy access to airport and old Rhodes town. Food was delicious and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Four generations of a family run hotel and everyone goes above and beyond. Very clean, rooms a good size and beds very comfy.

We booked this hotel because the reviews were amazing. We paid a lot more than we were going to. Don’t get me wrong most of the people who work here are amazing. They work long hours and always with a smile. BUT it is right on the end of the runway. The planes go about 5 minutes at night, you stop your conversation when they go over, because of the noise. It is just in the middle of nowhere. When I met another guest they asked me if the place came alive at night - no it doesn’t! There is nothing else here. The closest town is not easily walkable, the road is fast and dangerous. There are no bars, and the sign for the seafood restaurant must have been there several years ago- there isn’t one! The sea is so clear and beautiful, but you’ve never seen rubbish like it on a beach. Such a shame because it’s a breathtaking place. The sunset is amazing. The food was very basic. It was all well kept and clean. The waiting staff were fab. Not lots of choice though. All cocktails tasted the same! Wine was awful tbf. You’ll be ok if you hire a car because everything is a good 45 mins away. Evening entertainment was a Greek night once a week. You can’t hear them for the planes!

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff are so friendly, so helpful, and that's everyone - from the receptionist to the cleaners. The owners are constantly present and are just so lovely. The hotel is basic but far from being run down, and has everything you need. The rooms are spotless (you have to pay extra for air con but it's only 3 euros a day, which you can pay at the start of the end of your stay) and they are a good size. The swimming pool is lovely, with a little children's area too, and no need to rush for a sunbed - they have plenty, with lots of shade too. There is a beach a short walk, but it's not that great and not really suitable for small children. The vibe is relaxed at this hotel, and it makes for such a great stay. There are no strict rules like you get at other all inclusive hotels; this hotel tries to make you feel as relaxed as possible. The location is quite remote, with very little around, so you need to hire a car (you can do this at the hotel reception and is WAY cheaper than the airport) with the car being dropped off to you at the hotel. There is a bus that goes from the end of the road, but the timetable is not reliable! Rhodes Town on the bus is about an hour and a taxi is about 25 minutes. Lindos in the car was about an hour away. There is no evening entertainment in the hotel, but the bar around the pool is open with music, a pool table, board games, and books you can read too. This hotel is quiet and slow paced and away from the crowds, so if you want lively place, it's not for you. The food is absolutely delicious. It's a family run, small hotel, so they're not going to lay on trays and trays of food, but what they supply is lovely with the majority being local dishes; if you want chicken nuggets and chips every night, then you'll struggle. We found the food to be delicious, always fresh, and delivered with a bucket load of hospitality. The planes do fly over, but it's not constant and they didn't bother us in the slightest. The airport is literally 15 minutes way, so don't bother booking a transfer - there are hundreds of taxi's outside, and we got a people carrier for 5 adults and 4 suitcase for 20Euros. In a nutshell, this hotel is an excellent base for exploring Rhodes, the service is 5 star and everyone just seems so chilled!

Location Is really close to the airport- 15euro for a taxi. You can see and hear the planes that go over but that was fine for us. It was £27 euro in a taxi to go to Rhodes town and just 3euro each on the bus near the hotel - we went on the bus there and got a taxi back as it was soo hot with no aircon on the bus. We had to stand too and it was about 45 mins. Staff The reception staff are WONDERFUL, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with beach towels - with bus timetables and taxis. The barMAN in the evening however was very rude. Christos I believe his name is. We were all inclusive (see below) and he would not serve us unless we provided an empty glass to show we were not trying to have 2 drinks instead of one. We are a family of 3. His attitude was awful. He would never smile and if we interrupted his cigarette break he was even more grumpy. He made a point of telling me to fetch my glass all the time - which we always did anyway and when I asked for a clean glass he was really rude tutting and questioning and being passive aggressive I did try to speak to a man on reception about this (I think he might have been the owner) but unfortunately I don’t think he understood what I was saying. The daytime bar staff (female) was lovely. All inclusive This includes breakfast lunch and evening meal. Plus local beer or wine from 10am - 10.30pm. And soft drinks. From 5pm you are allowed local spirits - single shots at a time only. The local alcohol was not really that nice and clearly just for the all inclusive trade which is a shame. No thought or care went into the cocktails that were on offer from 5pm-10.30pm - in a plastic cup. The snacks for daytime were only water melon slice or a small pre made sandwich which sat on the bar all afternoon. Ice cream cones were included 2-5pm only. The food however was FABULOUS. Every meal was lovely with just enough choice. (Not one upset tum for the whole holiday) The restaurant staff were wonderful too. Rooms Cleaned daily. Air con was 7 euros per night extra and very much needed. Local beach Is a 5 minute walk away but is pebbles only and very rough. However the sunset is incredible and worth a walk down there. No facilities at the beach. Pool Was lovely and seemed very clean at the beginning of the holiday however towards the end it felt a bit grubby and it did get busier. The majority of guests were French and there seemed to be a rep getting all the French guests together for activities iin the day and at night. This was fine however it may make some other guests feel a little left out - we didn’t mind at all. There is also a table tennis table, darts and a pool table to use. All in all it’s a good hotel apart from the time limits on drinks. The local wine and beer were not great and sub standard. I would say 7/10.

Arrived for a week at the start of the children’s summer holidays. Not busy or full of children. Food was great at all meals with plenty of choice. All inclusive was from 1030 until 2230 meaning that the hotel became pretty quiet after this time mind you if you wanted to pay for drinks the bar remained open until midnight. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. At dinner time very attentive and always on hand to top up your empty glasses. Wi-Fi is free and ok by pool, food and bar areas but very limited in the rooms. We stayed in 207 which was the second block away from the pool and Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach. If using Vodafone Gr. there is very poor mobile signal at the hotel. As has been mentioned by other reviews the planes do fly very close to the hotel. Great if an airplane enthusiast. After a day you forget about the noise as the aircraft are in frequent. Air Con essential in rooms and cost 7 euros a day As our 7 day break comes to an end I would 100% recommend this hotel for a great chilled relaxing break

Wonderful family run hotel 15 minutes from Rhodes airport. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were wonderful. I am vegetarian and there was loads of choice for meals (lots of home cooked veg dishes and lovely salads, rice, pasta). We were all inclusive and in the past have found it a struggle for good veggie food options but the food here was the best I've had on an all inclusive. Nice stoney beach 10 mins walk up the road with a gorgeous sunset. The hotel is quite remote so if you're wanting to do lots of exploring be prepared to order a taxi, bus or walk a distance. There is a bus that goes from the hotel for 3 euros which only took card. 45mins on the bus to Rhodes old town (medieval walled city) which I highly recommend visiting. This hotel is great if you're wanting to lounge around the pool and relax which was perfect for us. The planes go over the hotel but it absolutely didn't effect us and you forget they're going over after a day. It was actually really cool to see them taking off. Greek night on Thursday evening was very entertaining with traditional greek food, music and dance. We highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Vallian Village!

Having nowhere to stay after our flight was cancelled I called to see if Vallian Village had a room for the night. They were happy to save the room and stay up until we had recollected our luggage and caught a taxi there- at which time it was 3:30am. Room was lovely and clean and bed was comfy. Staff even happy to help when I was back home with receipt needed for claim against airline. 5* would recommend to stay.
