Just got back from a lovely relaxing week at this hotel. All staff were lovely and friendly, but standout was Joey at the pool bar who was always smiling and learned our orders quickly. He was great at his job and never had to queue long for a drink. Also the animation team led by Xav was great - they were a lot of fun, really got the energy up round the pool and we were always asked if we wanted to join in without being pressurised. Really well run and friendly animation team who put on great entertainment. The hotel itself was clean and the food great if a little repetitive in the buffet, though we could always find something we liked to eat. We were able to eat at one speciality restaurant during our stay and chose the greek, the food here was outstanding I'd thoroughly recommend. As some other reviews have stated the hotel does look a bit tired in places however for staff, cleanliness, layout, facilities and quality of food I think is worthy of 4 stars and as it's a budget 4* overall was what I expected. For the price I'd happily stay here again and have already recommended to others

Aegeo Spa. Paola was very welcoming and extremely helpful with good English too! The Therapists, Paolo and Zaharoula did a very good job. It was so relaxing for your mind and body. The facilities were also great with a nice plunge pool and sauna to get you ready for your massage!

Great hotel, we loved the food and the entertainment. The staff are very friendly especially channa the excursions co-ordinator, all the entertainers and Paola at the spa made us feel very welcome and the entertainers kept us entertained with lots of activities, shows and dances to join in with. Rooms kept very clean by cleaning staff although the hotel overall could have done with a bit more maintenance eg communal toilets broken and not repaired and sunbeds looking a bit worse for wear. Special mention to the Aegeo spa on site. My partner and I enjoyed lovely massages and face yoga by therapist Paolo. Our Cretan massage was a holiday highlight and really made us feel relaxed. The spa is lovely and the staff are very friendly -especially Paola who makes a special effort to welcome and chat with guests - highly recommended.

This hotel was great for the price. We were very happy woth a complementary upgrade to a private pool room. The staff were friendly especially the entertainment team including Shyla, Xavier and Lyle. Definitely buy a Yamas t shirt! The food was okay for an all inclusive. The gyros stand at lunch was amazing, its a shame this wasent open longer and serving more greek selections. Reasonable selection of drinks. Some parts of the resort are looking tired and definitely need a refurbish, that would make this a 5 star review. The hotel was very quite and plenty of space around the pools. Walking distance to a few bars but other than that you would need to get a taxi. For a good price i would recommend this hotel. Yamas!
