Preis-Leistung top! Frühstück, Fitnessraum, kleines Schwimmbad, Saunen und großes Zimmer tadellos für den Preis. Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles liebevoll hergerichtet, was das ein oder andere "rostige" Detail wett macht. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

There is no heating in the room which makes it a bit difficult in winter. The shower shield is also broken partly. One other thing that is not ideal is the cleaner didn't clean the room or even change the towels after the first night, this should be changed

The most important thing when you book a night at any hotel is to get a good night’s sleep. And when it’s 35 degrees outside and you check in to a room with no air conditioning or fans provided, it’s just not acceptable. The temperature in our bedroom was 32 degrees making it impossible to sleep until the temperature starting dropping around 2am. Apart from the lack of sleep the hotel was ok, a bit outdated, but ok service. Food in restaurant was very traditional German and quite expensive, but tasted ok.

Gerne wieder.
Wellnessbereich schön, leider nur bis 21 geöffnet. Auf m Zimmer war alles schön sauber. Nur das TV Programm war unaufgeräumt. Z.B. kein ARD Das Erste. Aber fast alle anderen Programme doppelt.
Wasser, Kaffee und Tee auf m Zimmer.

Gebucht und bestätigt aber keine Zimmer! Ein unfassbar unfreundlich und ungeschultes Personal am Empfang erklärte uns dass sie keine Zimmer mehr haben. Der Fehler seines von einer Kollegin. Kein Bedauern, keine Hilfe um 18 Uhr für eine Ersatzunterkunft! Dieses Hotel hat max. Jugendherbergsniveau, wenngleich dort die Verantwortlichen sicherlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter gewesen wären. Wir kommen nicht wieder - keine Angst!

Super Hotel und nettes Personal
Zum dritten Mal dieses Jahr hier gewesen und wie immer alles super. Parkausweis wurde, wie die letzten Male, reserviert und somit kann man direkt am Hotel parken.
Da ich einen Tag vor Check-in Geburtstag hatte, habe ich sogar einen Geburtstagtisch und ein kleines Present erhalten. Hat mich riesig gefreut und war sehr aufmerksam!
Schade jedoch waren meine schlaflosen Nächt, hierfür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Mein Zimmer war Richtung Bahnhof ausgerichtet und durch das offene Fenster war der Bus-/Auto-/Lkw Verkehr auf der gepflasterten Straße wirklich sehr laut und hat mich immer wieder geweckt obwohl ich nicht geräuschempfindlich bin. Für das nächste mal packe ich mir oropax ein oder vielleicht liegt mein Zimmer ja auf der anderen Seite.

Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu gut bewertet - dieses Hotel ist keinerlei eine Empfehlung! Wir hatten ein Jahr vorher eine Reservierung gemacht, welche angeblich nicht mehr im System gefunden werden konnte (trotz schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung!!). Die Dame an der Rezeption ist leider weder kompetent noch freundlich gewesen - eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht, stattdessen Beleidigungen. Demnach mussten wir uns eigenständig um eine Alternative kümmern. Man hätte wenigstens noch Hilfe anbieten können um ein anderes Hotel zu finden? Es gibt viele andere schöne Hotels in der Umgebung, aber dieses Hotel kennt weder Kundenservice noch Freundlichkeit!
