A hotel with few rooms in the center of Aix-les-Bains. The room we had was simply magnificent, superbly decorated and equipped with a bathroom with a large shower and a super bathtub! The manager's welcome and helpfulness are to be commended! We had a platter for dinner. It was plentiful and high-quality, just like the breakfast.

Very large and pleasant room with modern decor, small downside on the brightness which was limited, due to a small window (3rd floor). The breakfast is quality and plentiful. The night telephone service is also good (staff from another hotel of the same owner because no night reception from 8 p.m. in this hotel). The big downside of our stay is the reception of the hostess who clearly made it clear to us that we were disturbing her. One of our services ordered in advance was missing, she did not appreciate being disturbed at 8:30 p.m. to bring it to us. In addition, the information concerning the presence of a secure parking lot where it was necessary to reserve in advance was never given to us. However, the hotel remains warm and pleasant, it is a shame that the staff does not live up to the brand.

A beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Aix-les-Bains. Comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, attentive staff, and a very intimate atmosphere with only eight rooms. My wife and I loved it. We'll be back, but in a different room because each one has its own unique personality.

Hôtel au top. Accueil très sympathique et chambre cosy et propre. C'est un hôtel plein de charme décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Chaque chambre est différente. Équipée de tout le nécessaire : serviettes , shampoing, gel douche, machine à café, mini bar..... petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
