Le Place Neuve ★★★
"This was a superb choice by a friend who booked the accommodation for me and with whom I enjoyed a most excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. The hotel has been tastefully modernised and the accommodation is stylish and comfortable but my hotel bedroom had the most beautiful, traditional French village scene you could imagine. The breakfast is generous and the whole experience was excellent. The owners speak excellent English and could not have been more helpful throughout my stay. A gem - "bijou" in all senses of the word."
Premiere Classe Lyon Est - Bron Eurexpo ★★
"I regularly stay in this good value for money hotel, close to Lyon, the rooms are small but clean, the bedding is comfortable, quite quiet at night, a large free and secure car park is available"
Hotel & Spa Le Pavillon ★★★★★
"Amira Amira 1/5 2 hours ago on Google I am very disappointed with my stay. A loyal customer until now, I was unpleasantly surprised to be given a dirty room: the fridge hadn't been cleaned, the toilet had stains, and there was still dust... For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable. The situation was made worse by the attitude of the chambermaid, who preferred to make excuses ("a new employee cleaned the room," "the manager is off duty," "room service is responsible for cleaning the fridge") instead of addressing the problem. Such a lack of professionalism and quality control is truly regrettable, especially in an establishment of this caliber."
Garden & City Lyon - Marcy ★★★
"Very good stay"
Premiere Classe Lyon Sud - Pierre BÉNITE ★★
"Good and quite place to stay"
Ibis Budget Lyon Villeurbanne ★★
"Superbe 👌🏽"
Hôtel le Royal Lyon - MGallery ★★★★★
"Thank you so much to Zimo customer service! They even helped clean up afterward. There were a lot of mosquitoes the night we checked in. The reason was that I'd opened the window during the day, but no one warned me. I'm used to opening the window as soon as I walk in, and it ruined my sleep. Fortunately, I negotiated with the front desk and got a room change. I paid cash on the spot, and it was over $100 cheaper than my previous room. It seems Ctrip is being too shady. Also, Ctrip's overseas customer service isn't very helpful; don't count on it; you'll have to rely on yourself! They don't give points for reviews, and I won't post pictures anymore; it wastes my data."
Hôtel le Roosevelt Lyon ★★★★

"The hotel is a little tired but enjoyed our stay"
InterContinental Hotels LYON - HOTEL DIEU by IHG
"The location is great. The hotel has a first-class decoration environment. One side faces the river with beautiful scenery, and the other side is connected to the hotel circle, business district, food and entertainment, including the Lyon Museum of Art, which is within walking distance. Opposite the hotel, 20 meters away is a Michelin restaurant with moderate prices and great taste. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Lyon."
Villa Maïa
"The location is great, on a hillside, offering panoramic views of Lyon's old town. It's convenient for getting to the church and down to the old town, but walking uphill can be quite tiring."
Les Suites de l'Ile Barbe
"An absolute must if visiting Lyon, which is well worth the visit. A charming host welcomes you to beautifully equipped suites situated in a most unusual and idyllic setting on a private island. The sumptuous gardens invite reflection, relaxation or simply let your mind wander. Although a modern kitchen is part of the arrangement, the local restaurants, recommended by your host, Bénédicte, are far too good to ignore. We stayed in the Family Suits which could easily accommodate two couples as each room was enormous! Very inspiring and admirable to see such dedication and commitment to an ancestral home. Would love to return on our next French road trip. Thank you Familie Marc"

"Review from my 13 years old daughter :) Enjoy it. We came to this hotel thinking it was going to be an amazing experience, but sadly it was the complete opposite. At first it seemed okay, although the first impression it gave us was that it was far too new to be good. Unfortunately, we were right. Exhausted, we stumbled into our rooms, ready to sleep. But the moment we opened the bed sheets, we were horrified. They were covered in hair. It honestly looked like dogs had been sleeping on the bed and the sheets hadn't been washed for weeks. We hoped the other room would be better, but it was just as bad. There were multiple stains all over the bed, and it made us feel absolutely disgusted. We went straight back to reception and asked to change our rooms. To our surprise, instead of apologizing, they completely denied what we were seeing. They kept insisting that the sheets were clean, even though they clearly weren't. It was unbelievable. Eventually, after arguing with them, we were finally given different rooms. Thankfully, they weren't as bad as the first ones, so we were finally able to get some sleep. The next morning, we still had a lot to do, but we decided to do the right thing and speak to reception again. We asked if they could offer us one free night to make up for such an awful experience. The receptionist seemed completely shocked and had to call the manager. This is where the experience became even worse. Instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, the manager spoke to us aggressively and immediately refused. Rather than taking responsibility for the disgusting condition of the rooms, they simply offered us free access to the pool, as if that could somehow make up for sleeping in filthy beds and the way we had been treated. By that point, we had completely lost our patience. We were tired of the poor cleanliness, tired of being told that what we clearly saw wasn't real, and tired of the rude attitude from the staff and management. We had enough. We packed our things, left the hotel, and booked another one instead. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we certainly will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone."
L'Ermitage Hôtel Cuisine-À-Manger
"Incredible location just a few steps from Lyon, however, the swimming pool is cold, the aromatic shower does not work properly, the jacuzzi room window does not open. The restaurant is very good, even if the service can be improved for the price (broad rassed, cold dish) but tasty. Quality breakfast, but little choice. Reception is perfect! (In particular, the girls very pro and arrangeant!) Les chambres sont classiques et auront bientôt besoin d'un coup de frais (TV non connecté, téléphone HS, climat contrôlée via réception, pas de surmatelas) mais la vue est just incroyable. We're back, we're back."
Holiday Inn LYON - VAISE by IHG
"I do not recommend it."
Crowne Plaza LYON - CITE INTERNATIONALE by IHG
"The croissants for breakfast were crispy, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, which was even better with the butter (original and salty) they provided. The hotel has two passenger lifts, but they have not been repaired from check-in to departure, so the wait time is longer."
Château de Pizay
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant for lunch/diner, beautifully renovated. Excellently extensive breakfast buffet."
Auberge de Clochemerle - Spa & Restaurant Gastronomique étoilé
"It is impossible to overstate how wonderful and perfect are both the rooms and the restaurant. Just superb in every detail with a wonderful staff team led by Romain and Delphine Barthe. And the view over the rolling hills of Beaujolais from the breakfast room is sublime. And the whole experience is greatly enhanced by having read 'Clochmerle' prior to arriving in the village. We were lucky enough to have checked in on St Valentine Day, when Romain had developed a special menu, accompanied by wines chosen by Delphine. It was an experience for all the senses. Just wonderful. The rooms are appointed to a level that one would expect from an establishment with such high standards. A place in which every guest is made to feel special and welcomes. We will definitely be back."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Lyon

B&B Hotel Lyon Caluire Cité Internationale
"I arrived early, but I couldn't enter my room until check-in time at 2pm. There are no keys. You are given a piece of paper with your room number and a 6-digit PIN to unlock the room. If you lose this piece of paper, the hotel name, room number and PIN will be known, so I memorized the PIN and left it in my room before going out. You can only borrow a TV remote control or hair dryer if you request it from the front desk. Hot water can be made in the kitchen, and there is a microwave in front of the elevator, which is convenient. I think this is a well-balanced hotel for the price."

Residhotel Lyon Part Dieu
