"The hotel has good beds and is located near the beach but this is also the only positive thing I can say about the place. The people at the front desk is never there. They are either on the backside of the hotel or hanging in the bar. They come as they please and the bell at the front desk definitely is not disturbing them in their game of hide and seek which they are playing with their customers. The room was clean when I checked in and at check in I let them know that I would like to have towels changed every day and trash emptied. When I came back after the first day, nothing was done. I went up to the reception where there were no one. After ringing the bell for 7-8 minutes the receptionist came and noted in the computer that I would like to have fresh towels and have the trash emptied every day. This has now repeated itself for 3 consecutive days! No cleaning - no fresh towels - nothing! Either they cannot read at this hotel or they just do not care about their customers. I will warn people from visiting, there has to be better options!"

"Stayed at this Travelodge with my wife for an over-night stay on June 3rd and I must say, it was one of the best Travelodge Hotels I have stayed in. The location is just yards from the beach, which i great fun when windy. The room s were clean, warm and great value for money. The Hotel has a Bar and a restaurant. The food was great as was the drink. The staff are so friendly from reception to bar to cleaning staff. We both had a great nights sleep and there was little to no noise. Thank you Travelodge Rhyl."

"Amazing caravan we stayed in food in cafe is lovely and clean kids club the girls rush u to finish so they can get home but otherwise a lovely place some off the staff are ignorant but I found that a lovely lady Karen in the cafe was a great help really makes u feel at home and is so happy to help you and goes out of her way also reception people are lovely and welcoming just couldn't say much for the kids entertainment so apart from the kids entertainment it was lovely place"
