I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I arrived at the hotel after a tiring trip, and they couldn't find our reservation. After a long time, they found it and let us in. When I arrived at the room, there were no sheets or blankets. I had to call the phone because I didn't answer when I called from the room. After about 10 calls, they answered on the regular phone, which is the hardest part! I think the staff is too lazy to serve customers. Then my door stopped working. It would only open with the master key. Every time I went back to the room, I had to ask for the room to be opened. I chose to stay in a queen room with a double bed, as stated in the option I selected. I was given a room below the category I paid for, with single beds. When I contacted the reception, they mentioned that this package was the one TRIP had given to the hotel - and I had paid for a superior room and could not change.
In my experience, the hotel receptionists were unfriendly, but the maids, kitchen attendants and the O11ZE staff were exceptional.
The breakfast did not disappoint, but did not exceed expectations. Dinner at the terrace restaurant was great, especially for those who enjoy drinks.
About the room: the shower in the bathroom was a highlight, with good heating and pressure; nothing more.
