Stayed here on a package holiday and had a lovely room with a great pool view. The hotel itself is really nice – clean, well-kept, and the food was good throughout our stay. There was a bit of a wasp issue in the dining area, which was a bit annoying, and while the entertainment was well-intentioned, it would’ve been better if it was kept to the evenings only. That said, the reps clearly put a lot of effort in. The bar was solid, and overall the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. The biggest downside is how isolated it is – it’s genuinely in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants nearby, and the train station (your only real link to other places) is about a 20-minute walk away, with taxis being basically non-existent. Weather didn’t do us any favours with rain and a thunderstorm, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. All in all, a lovely resort if you’re after quiet and don’t mind being far from everything.

Beautiful resort! Especially happy about the service and entertainers Attila, Luna and Clara. The food was decent and rooms also good. They are offering shuttle services to the beach if you don’t want to walk, but it’s pretty close. Had a great time!

As soon as you enter you immediately notice the quality. Absolute cleanliness in every corner. Efficiency and extreme availability of the staff ready to respond to any request. This hotel enjoys an enchanting view of the Aeolian Islands. Another indisputable advantage: "Adults only". You are not disturbed by kids screaming all day as happens in many hotels of the same caliber. Truly relaxing! Another note of merit is the restaurant service: dishes always varied and well-prepared. Last but not least the presence of very efficient staff: Agostino, Giovanni, Attila, Maria just to name a few, They always welcome you with a smile on their lips. Truly a noteworthy stay!

We are currently at the hotel, while we love TUI, we feel it’s important to let people who are about to book, know that it might be worth spending a bit more and getting something a bit better. It’s really not great on all fronts, the food has literally had me in tears, it’s rushed, cheap quality and served with no love and care. The rooms are clean, but very very tired, the bathroom door keeps getting stuck, I’ve been locked in it twice, we reported it and nothing was followed up. We are really sad, that our precious week off work was spent here, the staff are trying really hard, there just not enough of them. Domenico who is in the restaurant practically on his own clearing tables, deserves a medal! Top man, thank you for your smiling can do attitude. To the management team, have you realised how much food is being sent back because it really isn’t very nice. Certainly not representative of the local food.

This a lovely, small and friendly hotel. All the staff are really welcoming and helpful. We were pleased with our room which was near the small pool and had a garden view. We found the food pretty good for this type of deal. The fresh pasta and pizza was delicious as you would expect but other choices were also tasty. There isn’t much entertainment through the day, just a couple of aqua aerobics classes, but these were great fun and Sofia who led them was lovely. At night there was a musician who played a good selection of songs that seemed to please everyone. Everyone works really hard to make sure you have a good time but special mention to Domenico and Sofia in the bar. It’s not for you if you want party central, but it’s perfect for a relaxing break. You need a level of fitness to get up and down to the beach as the path is quite steep. There are golf carts several times a day, but if you’re fit enough it’s quicker to walk! Not quite sure why the beach bar is not included in the all inclusive - but that’s a small niggle.

I arrived at the hotel on Saturday evening and experienced some confusion during check-in. The room I paid for had a beach view and was modern and comfortable, but the live music at the pool was loud and played until midnight every night. We requested a quieter room but were offered a downgrade and told we had to decide quickly due to limited availability. The new room had an uncomfortable bed, and we could still hear the music. We received a voucher for the inconvenience, but it didn't solve our issues. Despite the hotel's efforts to improve our experience, including offering free massages and a Tui voucher, the ongoing noise and discomfort persisted from the above-mentioned construction noise. The day trip we went on was enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort from the tour guide. The spa experience, however, was not as smooth as expected. Mid massage, he asked one of us, 'How is your room?' while his hand was trying to massage my neck… a somewhat strange reminder while attempting to relax that we were getting a complimentary massage, which appeared threatening. Once he had finished that strange back massage, we left the room to be somewhat ushered out of the spa, which closed shortly after departing. One of us (the female in the party) felt very uncomfortable as the masseuse stayed in the room while she unrobed (she did have a bikini on, luckily). He also undid her bikini top while she was lying down on the massage table and did it up afterwards without asking.

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff was last week if the season so weather on last day was a bit grey, but otherwise OK for sun worshippers, pool was cool for same reason, but still swam, sea was also OK for swimming. TUI Boat trip was great. Captain produced white wine on way back. Food wasn't Michelin standard, but for £500 pp for 7 nights we eat well - probably too well. Room was good standard and made up daily. TUI coach trip to lighthouse, Tropea and Pizzo very informative, maybe a bit long for us.

Food was nice had a variation for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. fresh pasta cooked in front of you, fresh salads and fruits. Ice cream and cakes, Beer on Tap, coffee machine and Bean to cup. Cocktails were nice but watered down, beds in need of a upgrade. Rooms were clean we were given a upgrade on check in to a pool view room, The room was nice but paid for a sea view. Staff were very happy to let us chose which room we wanted as the sea-view was out of the way and not as updated as the pool view. Beautiful views and sunsets. Golf cart to the beach and back at set times or you could walk down to it if you prefer take a 10-15 min downhill. Beach bar and sunlounges Beach bar payable. Train station 10 min walk so much cheaper than the Taxi service Offred and easy to use only costs around 1.80 Euro one way. Great view of Stromboli. Entertainment Offred through the day and most evenings while we were there. Lots of sun loungers around the pool there was always some available throughout the day. Pool bar serves cocktails, wine Beer and spirits with a All-inclusive menu. The four resident cats are included in the entertainment Team. The pool was very cold but great to cool off in as the pool area is a suntrap all day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first TUI holiday and other than the rooms and defiantly the beds need a upgrade it was very good and would recommend for a relaxing holiday with great views. The hotel Offred excursions too.
