有機場免費接駁，最遲0點，很方便。前台印度小哥英語口音有點重，似乎完全沒有中文服務人員，不知道為什麼寫着有華文服務。前台服務約等於無，要倒換零錢都不給。

Great location in Richmond! Lots of Chinese restaurants. McDonald is just round the corner. So is T&T for Chinese breakfast. You can easily walk to the Landsdowne Metro station.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s only a short shuttle drive from YVR, very convenient. It’s also quite a spacious room to stay in.

Great location, lots of restaurant options in walking distance, shuttle bus from/ to airport is extremely convenient for travellers, easy check in and out , great please to stay. And we will stay again

地點很方便，附近都有很多中國餐館，對面就是大統華，最大的華人超級市場。
房間還算清潔，乾淨，但設備一般，連拖鞋都不會提供。
樓下櫃枱雖然是二十四小時服務，但經常冇人聽電話，而且態度甚差，愛理不理的樣子。訂了去機場的接車服務，在大堂裏面等待，車子來了也沒有人通知，結果答不上定好的班次，衹有等待下一班半小時後。
