Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

It was convenient that we could contact the establishment via internet call thru the app. The staff were accommodating to my requests about luggage storage and free shuttle service. We had a lovely view at the 10th floor. They were also helpful when our toilet clogged and the repairman could not come. Body lotion, handwash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided.

All good. We are very friendly welcome at the reception. The staff is very kind and helpful. Comfortable Room. Beautiful view. Near Vancouver Airport and near Vancouver Downtown. It's a great experience..

Great location! Close to sky train station and Aberdeen Mall and YaoHan (right across the street). Will definitely stay here again!

Location is great but there is only one elevator available during our stay, not convenient in the morning

Location is convenient. Room was loud - doors shut loud and you can hear people talking and walking. I also kept hearing an intermittent loud clacking noise so I couldn’t sleep. It was extremely annoying but I think it was only in my room. You can also hear the noise from the street - cars and trains and the planes taking off from the airport.

We had an early flight the next morning, so we were looking for a hotel near the airport with a shuttle service. The airport shuttle was excellent—punctual, convenient, and the drivers were very friendly. The front desk staff were also welcoming, helpful, and made check-in a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The only downside was that the hotel felt a little worn and could use some maintenance. Considering the price, I expected it to be in better condition. That said, the outstanding staff and excellent service made for a very enjoyable stay.

Best service and location is very good! Close to shopping and train station. The room was too hot and not able to control the temperature for some reason.
