Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport

The hotel felt quite old and, in my opinion, needs renovation. The male staff at the reception were not very helpful and came across as somewhat unfriendly, unlike the female staff. At check-in, the receptionist wrote the room number on a piece of paper, but because the marker was poor quality, the number got smudged and disappeared, so I had to go back. Overall, compared to the price, it was better than Airbnb, but it did not meet the expectations of a hotel.

The location is quite convenient, and the free airport shuttle is a nice plus. The only unpleasant experience was that I accidentally left my pajama top in the room. I called twice to follow up, but they told me they couldn’t find it and didn’t have it. I understand things can be overlooked, but I wonder if it may have been accidentally discarded during cleaning…..

the hotel was in a location far away from shops and coffee shops. Staff was kind but not particularly helpful. The only exception was the shuttle's driver. They offered free breakfast coupons to apologize for mistakes and problems created.

We had a great stay at the Executive Hotel. Pick up and drop off with the free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent and easy, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect and near the park and shops.The staff (particularly Ronit!) were kind and attentive to our needs and allowed us to order a needed item to the hotel for our arrival. Thank you for having us! We would happily stay here again!

Great hotel , close to everything in Richmond. Staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. If the shuttle bus can run in midnight would be even better. It’s only available until 10:45pm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a great choice for our family—comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly. The staff at the front desk were especially kind and helpful, and everyone we met made us feel welcome. The whole experience was easy and pleasant from check-in to check-out. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We look forward to staying here again!
