The service was very attentive, the view from the window was decent, and the breakfast was standard. The location is convenient. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

This was my second stay, and this time they gave a $50 voucher for each room, which was more than enough for breakfast. It's the most convenient and quality hotel for air travel. The front desk staff and restaurant servers were all very enthusiastic.

The location is a bit out of the way, making it suitable for self-driving travelers looking for a one-night stopover. It's a bit of a distance from the SkyTrain station and requires taking a bus; walking isn't recommended. Shopping nearby isn't convenient, as the large supermarket about 50 meters away is membership-only. The 7-Eleven at the gas station is an option, but it requires crossing a busy main road and walking for about ten minutes. The room was spacious, with strong but noisy air conditioning. The room amenities were quite basic. The fridge was empty but extremely loud, significantly disturbing sleep, and the room's soundproofing was just average. Breakfast was provided but very simple, almost negligible. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to an issue I raised and promptly contacted the hotel to resolve it, which was fantastic.

Check-in was quick, and they require a deposit (credit card accepted). The front desk can break change, store luggage, and offers a free airport shuttle service if you book in advance. It's not close to the train station, so you'll need to take a bus. I wouldn't recommend walking with heavy luggage. I stayed for two nights and was surprised they didn't change towels or other amenities; they only made the bed. I'm not sure why. You'll need to bring your own personal items like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Breakfast is very basic, with hot water, coffee, and toast.

The hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The room was great, and the hotel even upgraded it for free! Plus, they had a Chinese-speaking receptionist. I was very satisfied with this stay.

The hotel is conveniently located 850 meters from the SkyTrain. Breakfast is decent, and the front desk staff are friendly and offer airport shuttle services. There's also a small gym available. Definitely recommended!
