Holiday Inn VANCOUVER AIRPORT- RICHMOND by IHG

This hotel is a typical budget hotel. Drinking water and slippers are not complimentary and need to be purchased. However, the basic amenities are quite good. The room has a coffee machine, and there's a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. A McDonald's is conveniently located nearby. There's a free hotel shuttle that runs every half hour to the airport or the SkyTrain. The room itself is also quite spacious.

Consistently good and great value for money! The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and they offer Chinese-speaking service. The decor is quite new, and the bed is very comfortable. They also provide airport transfers, which I assume is why many people choose this hotel. My only minor complaint would be the $30 deposit for a hot water kettle 😂. Tip: There's another Holiday Inn near Costco in Richmond, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants. If you're looking to shop and explore, you might consider staying there!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite. I'll definitely stay here again next time; it really felt like a home away from home.

The shuttle bus was convenient, running every half hour until 1 AM. Breakfast was quite good for a Canadian hotel, with a relatively wide variety of options. The scrambled eggs with vegetables were particularly delicious. The air conditioning in the room was a bit old and noisy, but luckily, you could manually adjust the fan speed, which was better than another hotel I stayed at since it didn't get too loud in the middle of the night and disturb my sleep.

The room was spacious and overall very clean and tidy. However, the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy. It was too cold with it off, but with it on, the noise completely ruined my sleep. I don't think even the best sleeper could get any rest with that racket.
