Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond Reviews

Booked this hotel for my long layover solely for its location. It’s a few walk away from Bridgeport metro station (although the walk may not be as glamorous since the way to get there has the potential to be confusing; anyway I figured it out easily). That meant I’m close to the airport as well as the metro if I wanted to go downtown. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The y have decent breakfast that starts at 6 (you can even take your coffee to go if needed). The staff were wonderful and helpful. As soon as I checked in and told the front desk I’m headed back to the airport the next morning, he told me that the hotel offers a shuttle that can send you to the airport!! That meant I didn’t have to walk back to the metro. (With that in mind, I bet they also have a pickup shuttle service—so contact the hotel so you can skip the metro altogether.) Such convenience.

This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the MRT station, making it convenient to get anywhere. They offer a buffet breakfast and have staff who speak Chinese. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service. Remember to go to Gate 5 on the 3rd-floor departure level at the airport to wait for the shuttle; it will have the Hilton logo. It's best to call the hotel from the airport to book it.

Location is good, near airport and short walk to Bridgeport station and Yoahan Center. Airport shuttle is frequent, very good. Only thing is you cannot leave any baggage. You can leave Baggage at the airport CAD 16 a day for a suitcase.

The hotel is pretty good, and the front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I was in a rush for my flight the next morning, so I didn't get to try breakfast, so I'm not sure how it was. The location is very close to the airport.

Top tier customer service with food breakfast

We are a group of 4 people. On 20 Feb, as soon as We arrived Hampton hotel at about 20:00 and we made a reservation of shuttle bus for 21 Feb at 10:30 at once. On 21 Feb at about 09:30. I double confirmed my shuttle reservation was still on the list as we didn’t want to miss our flight. However, when the the shuttle bus arrived, the driver told us that we were not on the list to take the shuttle bus at 10:30 and the bus was very full. The attitude of the driver was very bad and rude, he scolded us in front of all other passengers and kept saying that we got on the shuttle bus without reservation. This made us very embarrassed. We choose your hotel because it provides shuttle service to airport that already includes on the hotel price. If we knew it would take a risk to catch the shuttle bus we had made and being insulted by the driver. Frankly, I won’t select your hotel.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel also provides a scheduled shuttle service to Canada Place every morning. It's about an 8-minute walk to Skyline. Breakfast was decent, and they offered a self-service waffle maker. Coffee and tea are available on the ground floor. There's a large Chinese supermarket diagonally across from the hotel.

This hotel is super close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for layovers or early morning flights. They offer a shuttle service – just look for the blue mini-bus at Gate 5 on the 3rd floor of the departure hall. Right across from the hotel, there's a Chinese supermarket that even sells simple Chinese meals. If you turn right out of the hotel and then left at the traffic light, walking about 500 meters, you'll find plenty of Chinese restaurants. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the cleanliness is just so-so, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They even helped us connect to the hotel Wi-Fi and booked our early shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was simple, tasty, clean, and hygienic, with coffee and fruit available.

A very good hotel  even the staff was so helpful when we come in early for check in , they let us check in earlier which is so convenient for us ,, the skytrain is just 4 mins walk which is so convenient , the breakfast was so good also , highly recommended for , I will be back again for sure next time ,

They offer a free airport shuttle, and in the mornings, you can schedule your drop-off time according to your flight. The breakfast is classic American style, with yogurt, waffles, and coffee – pretty good! The room was quiet, clean, and the heating worked perfectly. It's a great choice for a layover or your first stop.

The facility is closed to supermarket, ******, transportation etc. Shuttle bus is on time from and to airport. Recommended for everyone.

There are restaurants and a Chinese supermarket nearby, and they offer airport shuttle service. The price is a bit on the high side.

The location is really convenient, with a large Chinese supermarket right across the street, making shopping super easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
