As we were traveling into Heathrow and out of Gatwick the following day, we decided to spend the night in the charming town of Richmond-Upon-Thames and selected Bingham Riverhouse based on their website. In this case, I’d have to say the photos did not provide the most representation of the property. While the accommodations provided for a comfortable nights sleep, the room and inn in general were a bit more worn looking than anticipated. I was expecting quaint; it was serviceable, although the breakfast area was nice and food quite good. The walk to both Richmond Park and into town were both quite manageable. Al in all, an adequate overnight stay.

We'd eaten at the brilliant restaurant before and I booked a night there for my husband's birthday. The room we stayed in, Baudelaire, was gorgeous: fabulous river view, that lovely copper tub, and a bed larger than my first flat. It was so comfortable - it had that air of what the Norwegians call "hygge". And food superb, of course. Thank you to the staff - we felt welcome, relaxed and spoilt throughout.

This stay was fantastic the team were so attentive during our stay, from reception, housekeeping and all of the bar and restaurant staff. The design of the hotel is great and the setting along the river is perfect. Have stayed in a few places in Richmond…..this was the best

Lovely afternoon tea at an excellent price (all items tasted great & were freshly made) exemplary service which was polite & welcoming together with a delightful location on the River front - We had a wonderful time & look forward to visiting again in the future

Every staff member goes above and beyond with courtesy, genuine concern for your comfort and engaging smiles. From taking our luggage and personally show in us to our rooms, to delicious meals and drinks to admiring the beautiful ground and snuggling in the comfortable beds. Thank you all.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, nice drawing room, wonderful balcony to eat and drink on, nice garden going down to the river - all lovely. Staff are equally lovely - really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, definitely recommend.

The Bingham Riverhouse is such a wonderful place. I had friends from all over the world visiting for the weekend & The Bingham Riverhouse team looked after us so well. Francesco & the team arranged a table for us last minute on Friday night for Espresso Martinis. We loved how welcoming & friendly they were & the service (sorry lovely female mixologist we did not get your name. You were amazing!) martinis & dj were fabulous! We then came back for Sunday lunch. To be welcomed by Troy, Carl & the team is so gorgeous & then being looked after by Roberto & the team was exceptional. We all love Vanessa! What a beautiful person & the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. It really was the highlight of our weekend. See you all soon.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my entire stay. My room was immaculate — beautifully decorated, spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. A bath tub of dreams positioned perfectly in the bay window. An evening on the terrace with friends in the sun and views of the river, every staff member we encountered attentive and nothing too much trouble. This hotel is a gem!
